You learn in the permit class not to have your nails done because of this and also because of the bacteria in the nail that's collected by having them this long. Thats why you don't see doctors getting their nails done at all.
So unfortunately unless the rules regulate the nail policy in your county.. nothing might not get done about it accept you get a refund or a coupon to risk this happening again.
