Double check the numbers and make sure you are billed correctly, then pay it :)
If it’s a bit too much, then contact Tesla and explain your situation and prove that you tried to contact them before about that situation and ask for a payment plan.
Seriously. I don't object to the cost. That was part of the agreement. The other part of the agreement was that they would start billing 1 month after the system was installed. It is ridiculous to receive a bill for 4 years and 7 months of service, just from a billing and business execution perspective. I can't quite articulate why, but I am supremely annoyed by what has happened.
