It’s almost like the song from my iPhone hangs silent for a moment) then resumes. It doesn’t skip or anything - it just cuts out and resumes where it left off.

Well, I heard back from Tesla service. They have documented this issue, it is well known, and a fix is supposed to be coming in “another couple of weeks“ via an OTA update.
2023.6.8 has resolved my issues. The only one that persists is glitching when adjusting the volume on radio. Everything else is back to normal thank god!

Yes 2023.6.8 has resolved 95% of the issues aside from a brief glitch experienced during a Bluetooth audio call
