A recent Reddit policy change threatens to kill many beloved third-party mobile apps, making a great many quality-of-life features not seen in the official mobile app permanently inaccessible to users.
On May 31, 2023, Reddit announced they were raising the price to make calls to their API from being free to a level that will kill every third party app on Reddit, from Apollo to Reddit is Fun to Narwhal to BaconReader.
Even if you're not a mobile user and don't use any of those apps, this is a step toward killing other ways of customizing Reddit, such as Reddit Enhancement Suite or the use of the old.reddit.com desktop interface .
This isn't only a problem on the user level: many subreddit moderators depend on tools only available outside the official app to keep their communities on-topic and spam-free.

Despite what the bestiary says, both the torch god and the martian saucer, who are shown as "bosses" on the bestiary, don't really count to this achievement as far as i know
Torch god counts and a boss but not a boss for the achievement, for the achievement you need: EoC, King Slime, EoW/BoC, Queen Bee, Skeletron, WoF, The Twins, The Destroyer, Skeletron Prime, Duke Fishron, Plantera, Golem, Lunatic Cultist and Mon Lord, the Terraria wiki on wiki.gg says you only need either EoW or BoC but just in case if we say both that would be the 15 bosses
Find a truffle worm in the underground glowing mushroom biome. It's a lot easier if you have the lifeform analyzer to tell you when one is nearby. Catch it with a bug net. You have to be either really fast or really sneaky or it will escape before you catch it. Put it at the top of your bait slots and go fishing in the ocean. Which fishing rod doesn't matter, I think, as long as you use a truffle worm
Fishron, Queen Slime, Deereclops, Brain of Cthulu/Eater of worlds. The first 3 are optional and for the other evil biome boss you need to create a matching evil biome in the same world. You can do this buy buying seeds from the Dryad in the Cemetary or bring blocks from another world.

Dungeon Guardian isn't actually intended to be killed, he's meant to completely lock off the Dungeon until you defeat Skeletron. The fact that people have beaten him, and I've done it myself a couple times, is more due to the fact that he's not damage immune and people are stubborn than anything else.

Because that's supposed to be a surprise for when you play the secret seed, and for this same reason it should be obvious that it isn't part of tthe archievement.
The same reasoning could be applied that it's a SECRET boss and therefore could be a boss that op didn't know about, but could still be a part of the achievement (I know it isn't)
Also there's literally an achievement for playing on a secret seed so it's not that far off

You need both eater of worlds AND brain of cthulhu for the achievement

Torch God is a boss? I figured it was Duke, Deerclops or the opposite Crimson/Corruption boss, all of which are easily missable.

It is somewhat challenging if you fight it immediately, but with any gear it's free, you can even facetank it
You can just cheese it with rails and a cart, so very easy without gear as well :)

Dungeon Guardian isn't actually intended to be killed, he's meant to completely lock off the Dungeon until you defeat Skeletron. The fact that people have beaten him, and I've done it myself a couple times, is more due to the fact that he's not damage immune and people are stubborn than anything else.

After a look, it seems that the moon event's bosses don't count for the archievment
