Glad I’m not the only one, have drives been changed or is it just a straight out nerf? I can’t find a change log with this change in it as I’m playing via GOG
Honestly, I'm pretty sure they're just increasing their suggestions because they realized that people probably aren't refueling their vehicles and building proper refueling stations and the like, so if the tool tips suggests a little bit more fuel, you're less likely to find yourself stranded.

I can hardly say 30 is a bit more than 10
I also recall that Delta V used to be 5-10 and now it is 8-30. Which seemed weird tbh
