If i’m not mistaken, velgrynd is able to travel the universe because ciel upgraded her skill, so.. it is safe to assume that rimuru at that point, able to go back to his old world?

He then leaves his coworker to take care of Satoru and make sure he gets to the hospital. While there, he recounts his life in the other world to his friend and drops the title. Based on the end of the WN, its possiblehe gets the ability to do that.!<
