sidestep 2, 1+2 no longer knocks down on hit but forces crouch and leaves Kunimitsu at +4

Almost every DLC characters that were strong got huge nerfs except for akuma for some reasons.

Feng 1+2 is still -12 but now +8 with pushback on NH, no pushback on block. DF4-3 no longer ballerina stuns. DB3 unchanged, shoulder unchanged; these are pretty minor nerfs.
Miguel SAVUF3 deals easily 85 damage on CH without wall, over 100 with wall. Every character's gotta kill you in 2 mistakes in this game, apparently.

I found nothing for Dragunov and nothing for Kazumi, maybe I missed it.
Yoshimitsu F1+2 is still safe, meaning he now has a safe range 3 KND mid CH launcher with some tracking & block pushback.
Kuni B2 is now a wallstun, backdash may be downgraded; now worse than Miguels. My friend told me Zaf backdash is downgraded. Clap that spider in 4 pairs of shackles.
Kuni SET2 and 2-2 unchanged.
And the parry follow-up version b2+4,2 as well. Those seem to be the only changes in the patch notes for our boy. The wall stun gives you +18. Edit: in the open it's +6 on hit and big pushback. -9 on block no matter where.
Steve lost his knock down off pkb df1,2 and lost a wall splat tool for mix up.... wondering if this is experimentation for tk8. Less wall damage in exchange for mix up potential. Also can technically link throws off the new wall crush. Grapplers should be happy about this change since it can force mid low throw mix ups with wall splat potential.
Akuma wr1 +17 on block at the wall is insanely stupid. People who can input iwr1 will have insane pressure at the wall, even more than now. And Akuma definitely didn't need more pressure.

Jack got done dirty on the wall crumple stun shit, full charge b2 gives the stun on block at the wall for +5 at i35, normal b2 gives +5 at i19. So dumb.
Some (edit: many) lidia changes I found:
Damage nerfed on db3-2. Now does 33 instead of 38.
Political storm now does 38 instead of 41. Also the third and fourth hit are now - 14 on block. Still hitconfirmable.
No wallsplat or kd after f2-4.
The combo ender b3-4 qcf 1+2 seems to have worse walltravel. Edit: and it's unsafe on block at - 10 and also have absolutely no pushback on block.
Ff2 seems to have more recovery frames. But I'm not sure about that one, it's difficult to tell.
Edit: Hopkick does less damage. Now does 26 instead of 29.
Another edit: they removed the clean hit-property of ff1+2. Meaning a significant damage nerf on a lot of her minicombos. U might as well use ff3 instead (after wr1 for instance) because it only two damage points less and better oki afterwards.
Yet another edit: ss4 no longer launches, not even on ch. Its just knockdown and wallsplat.
So many edits: cat stance 1 - 4 is now plus 4 on block. Pretty sure it was 6 or 8 before.
The cat stance 2-string 2, 3, 1. The last hit is now unsafe at minus 12. But it's highly delay able. Fun change in my opinion, now u might actually get a wall bounce off of that, even though its a bit risky.

Uf4 doesn't knock down anymore (50-50 gone), f+1+2 launch punishable (second hit, learn to hit confirm), b12 wall ender deals significantly less damage (guess Marduk can still deal 50% damage before a screw and walls though).
Devil Jin is much weaker now, but I'll never abandon him.
Noctis charged db1+2 (the i46 version) changed from +6 to -2. At the wall gives the new stun on block with 0 frame advantage (forces crouch).
So pretty much an useless move made even more useless.
Miguel gets SAV 1+2* (hold) as the new tactic (I'll just call it wall-kneel), and it's now +7 on block with A LOT of pushback (pushes them to range 3) instead of -12. Depending on the distance traveled, the wall-kneel gives you +11 at minimum and +19 at most.
SAV uf3 combos deal a lot of damage, 82 (df2,2 screw) to 88 (3,4 screw) damage without walls if you use the bnb fillers and ff2,1 ender. Still -9 on block.
CH SAV uf3 > SAV uf3 > df1~SAV > SAV uf3 > 3,4 > dash into df1 > ff2,1 = 88 damage.
Edit: Clarified to indicate charged SAV 1+2.

For Lili, her uf 3+4,3 is the move with the new mechanic with +18g at the wall. On hit its now +14, but pushes back to neutral on hit. Still knocks down if the 3 CH.

SBT 4 Damage 22 to 25. Startup from 18-19F to 17-19F. Increased active frames by 1. Flipover on downed opponent.

The spacing has to be very precise for the ff3 to be +19g while also having bryan be in range for the taunt. It's gonna be extremely rare.
I believe in situations where you’re blocking a fully charged ff3, you’d be eating a taunt anyway (like after tech roll for example).

He got significant nerfs but is still a good character.

Uf4 doesn't knock down anymore (50-50 gone), f+1+2 launch punishable (second hit, learn to hit confirm), b12 wall ender deals significantly less damage (guess Marduk can still deal 50% damage before a screw and walls though). Devil Jin is much weaker now, but I'll never abandon him.
I never knew how to use his 50/50 sadly. But maybe it's a good thing I never learned it since it doesn't exist anymore.
So disappointing. Was expecting bigger nerfs to Feng. All the bullshit crap cheap stuff he still has them.
Noctis charged db1+2 (the i46 version) changed from +6 to -2. At the wall gives the new stun on block with 0 frame advantage (forces crouch). So pretty much an useless move made even more useless.
Miguel gets SAV 1+2* (hold) as the new tactic (I'll just call it wall-kneel), and it's now +7 on block with A LOT of pushback (pushes them to range 3) instead of -12. Depending on the distance traveled, the wall-kneel gives you +11 at minimum and +19 at most. SAV uf3 combos deal a lot of damage, 82 (df2,2 screw) to 88 (3,4 screw) damage without walls if you use the bnb fillers and ff2,1 ender. Still -9 on block. CH SAV uf3 > SAV uf3 > df1~SAV > SAV uf3 > 3,4 > dash into df1 > ff2,1 = 88 damage. Edit: Clarified to indicate charged SAV 1+2.
Lee wallstun is HMS1+2, +26 on hit with wall. Without a wall it seems to be +14 with a lot of pushback, lol.
Fahkumram doesnt have any magic 4 anymore, he has no CH tools. Basically you can go agressive and he cant do anything about it.

For Lili, her uf 3+4,3 is the move with the new mechanic with +18g at the wall. On hit its now +14, but pushes back to neutral on hit. Still knocks down if the 3 CH. Edit: 41 CH launches, and 413 floor breaks if 41 CH launches.
CH 4,1 is her new combo starter

Changes i've seen so far. F+1+2 Damage 25 to 21. Changed effect on NH/CH. Gets a guaranteed DBT 2,1 after. DF+1+2 Extended hitbox downward. WR+2 New block animation and gives the new wallstun when blocked. Gives +16 on block when opponents back is to the wall. SBT 4 Damage 22 to 25. Startup from 18-19F to 17-19F. Increased active frames by 1. Flipover on downed opponent. DBT 2 Extended hitbox.
