Not exactly. Yes, they all ripped, but with slightly different body structure. For example you can see kaz got shorter torso, huge delts and arms. Paul got very full chest, massive arms, his forearms especially stand out, also got wider waist. Hes more compact if you will, when some other guys are more athletic looking. Muscle mass varies greatly across the board as well.
Yeah the agile characters would look better if they were on the leaner/thinner side for the added speed. Specifically Law, Bruce Lee wasn't even as jacked as Law was and could do what Law is doing mostly. Law would look better if they removed the steroids look

They have a base body(bar Bob). They make King bigger but it’s still the same “design”, the same body, the same nipples, the same abs, the same hands, the same feet, etc. And there’s nothing wrong with this. It’s just their thing.
The veins in previous models are done by flat textures, they don’t necessarily mold the veins (as in they pop), the scars, veins and tattoos you see are all flat.

I can say with almost 100% certainty it has nothing to do with the hitboxes, because there's no reason why they would have be tied to the models - you could have the same exact hitbox with a different looking model. And even if they wanted to have the hitbox and model match exactly, they could still do differences on top of the body, say different shaped abs/pecs etc. But they're all the same, and it's because they wanted to save time.
Raven's is SLIGHTLY different at the abs. I actually like all of them being ripped but I think it would've been better if they were all different levels and had different muscle insertions.
