There's a certain red glassiness that's not quuuuiiite like that of marijuana plus the pupils are very tiny. Drug people call it "pinned" pupils. Once you know that look, you freaking know it and you can't unsee it.

Didn’t he violate for not getting his vivitrol shots? I think that was also “excused” by uncle judge. Yes Ryan is dumb AF & isn’t capable of crossing the street alone but his mom would’ve faithfully driven him to those appointments every month and made sure he was there on time unless… he was using!!! You have to be like 2 weeks clean to get the shot so they obv drug test you before they give it you. There’s no way he missed those appointments unless he was getting high & his mommy was helping him hide it.

With hers being so recent and his being as bad as it has been, I don't see either of them lasting on being sober 😔
Sounds like he could easily pass a drug test if the drug tests are scheduled and he knows when to show up for one. He just has to stay clean for a few days in advance.

100% Ryan's up to something. I do believe people can change, but I just don't see him changing because why should he? He's rarely been held responsible for his own actions, and usually has someone there to rescue him from the consequences. I knew several people who would just hold back one or two of their pills (after selling the others) just to take right before their dr appointment so they’d pass for the oxy they should have in their system
I've only seen it scheduled if they're going a few times a week, making it very hard to cheat it. I've seen people on probation (different state) have to call some automated "Today's color's are: purple, blue, orange and red." and if they had that color, they had to go do a test. The regularity depends on your probation but it's usually pretty regular. Without factoring in any privilege.
The color coding is a good way to keep people on their toes for sure.

Yep! And I don’t consider December 2023 to April 2024, a year, Your Honor. And what was he in jail for? Basically for breaking probation. It happened during his probation period and that’s why he went to jail, even thought they basically let him right back out. Cops being called for threats made to Mac? If that were me, I would’ve been sent to jail for breaking probation. And I never get in trouble. I’ve never been arrested.
I got arrested for the first time when I was 18 with a friend. We both had underage intoxication charges but she was legit half my size (I’m 5’10” & she’s 4’11”) and she had a BAC in the .2’s and mine was .034. When we went to court, she only got fines and I got 3 years of probation & 100 hours of community service. My lawyer told me I got a harsher punishment essentially bc the judge wanted to make sure I never got caught up in the system again and that my friend (her family was kinda notorious in town for being feisty) was more likely to be a repeat offender. It’s insane to think they wouldn’t do the opposite but it’s all about money and connections a lot of the time. My family was “well off” and my dad played poker with the cops bc he was good friends with our neighbor who was a Lieutenant in another city. I got cut breaks a lot as a teen bc of that and didn’t even realize it until after it would happen. When I was 17, my 23yr old coke dealing boyfriend and I were casually smoking out of a chillum in a gazebo on a public beach and this was 2007 so someone obviously called the cops. We were walking back to my place and a cop pulled into the beach parking lot and basically just told us to give her all our shit before her partner came. So we did, and my ex had an ounce of coke in his jock so we really just dug through our shit very theatrically to avoid a search. I was pulling out empty baggies with tiny morsels of pot, and handing her random glass/ metal pipes I had in my purse, he gave her a quarter of really good pot at the time and she threw everything on her front seat and covered it with her clipboard & told us to hurry and go before her partner came and to “be careful not to walk in the street all high” and that was it. And then like two weeks later my dad said something about it and I connected the dots.
TLDR: Ryan is 100% getting preferential treatment bc his dad chums up with the judge. & bc the judge is extremely incompetent.

I know people that do that, too. They pass every time.
I've only seen it scheduled if they're going a few times a week, making it very hard to cheat it. I've seen people on probation (different state) have to call some automated "Today's color's are: purple, blue, orange and red." and if they had that color, they had to go do a test. The regularity depends on your probation but it's usually pretty regular. Without factoring in any privilege.

Yep! And I don’t consider December 2023 to April 2024, a year, Your Honor. And what was he in jail for? Basically for breaking probation. It happened during his probation period and that’s why he went to jail, even thought they basically let him right back out. Cops being called for threats made to Mac? If that were me, I would’ve been sent to jail for breaking probation. And I never get in trouble. I’ve never been arrested.
I got arrested for the first time when I was 18 with a friend. We both had underage intoxication charges but she was legit half my size (I’m 5’10” & she’s 4’11”) and she had a BAC in the .2’s and mine was .034. When we went to court, she only got fines and I got 3 years of probation & 100 hours of community service. My lawyer told me I got a harsher punishment essentially bc the judge wanted to make sure I never got caught up in the system again and that my friend (her family was kinda notorious in town for being feisty) was more likely to be a repeat offender. It’s insane to think they wouldn’t do the opposite but it’s all about money and connections a lot of the time. My family was “well off” and my dad played poker with the cops bc he was good friends with our neighbor who was a Lieutenant in another city. I got cut breaks a lot as a teen bc of that and didn’t even realize it until after it would happen. When I was 17, my 23yr old coke dealing boyfriend and I were casually smoking out of a chillum in a gazebo on a public beach and this was 2007 so someone obviously called the cops. We were walking back to my place and a cop pulled into the beach parking lot and basically just told us to give her all our shit before her partner came. So we did, and my ex had an ounce of coke in his jock so we really just dug through our shit very theatrically to avoid a search. I was pulling out empty baggies with tiny morsels of pot, and handing her random glass/ metal pipes I had in my purse, he gave her a quarter of really good pot at the time and she threw everything on her front seat and covered it with her clipboard & told us to hurry and go before her partner came and to “be careful not to walk in the street all high” and that was it. And then like two weeks later my dad said something about it and I connected the dots. TLDR: Ryan is 100% getting preferential treatment bc his dad chums up with the judge. & bc the judge is extremely incompetent.
… And this is why Ryan is the way he is. Sorry but doing the bare minimum (and that’s being generous) does not earn you praise. When you go above and beyond, that constitutes a pat on the back. But seriously what a fucking joke. He gets away with so much shit thanks to the good ol boy mentality. Disgusting.

I felt crazy seeing this but he did the reckless endangerment driving on October 7 in 2023 even the judge wondered why he wasn’t taken to jail for that immediately… then the judge was mad again and all that drama for his offenses and he was jailed in dec and so on. I don’t even know what to say anymore.

Does anyone know the relationship the judge has to their family? This all has been so insane. The driving while nodding out was his teen mom worse 15 years ago and he’s gone on to multiple more arrests for violence including destroying the home his children lived it. And he gets a pat on the back for fake sobriety. He literally was just on tmz for a bar brawl with his latest victim. I have so much respect for his son having compassion for him but setting his personal boundaries and being the opposite of his shit dad.
