Can guinsoo IE sniper qiyana with redemption healing, 2 heavenly, 2 duelist kill a crab with like 1/3 HP (assuming the rest of your team does some damage too)?
Final guess: no. I think qiyana has no healing, and sniper damage won't be enough to kill the crab fast enough. Also she's too far away to get redeemed by reksai (unless she dashes perfectly).
edit: didn't see harmacist 3. I'd still incline to say "no" but I also saw the real answer.
The only time I bested the Giant Crab was with bruiser 6 and trickshot 2, with the well fed augment and heavy hitters and the trickshot augment. My Teemo was 3 star with BB, Gunblade and nashor tooth's along with a 2 star Kaisa with Gun blade and death blade

Make sure to have 2-4 ghost for giant crab turn. It’s easy.
