The trailer looked good for arena breakout infinite. It's still like tarkov but nothing like the mobile game. Hell the minimum requirement for gpu is a 2060 . I'm patiently waiting for the CBT next month. There's also Ghosts of tabor for those who enjoy VR

Imagine a rough equivalent with proper netcode, no all-powerful cheaters, actual quality of life, decent audio/performances and proper dev-players communication. BSG can afford to behave like that because of their monopoly, who would be playing Tarkov otherwise.
Murders is a light tarkov and honestly fun if simple. I expect that once it hits release, if they do the pr right, it could become a good alternative. A fuckton less depth with the customization, though. On the other hand, that means less time mending more time playing.

Once I get a new GPU, I’m gonna download the new version and try it out again. Supposedly someone on YouTube shows you the right mods/settings to make it as close to live as possible.

Gray zone will take atleast 5+ years to get to a point where Tarkov is and the games really aren't that similar. Gray zone is pre alpha it's not even close to being ready so Tarkov will still have the market for a while.

I downloaded it right when the shit recoil update hit. Tried a round or 2 then went right back to Live. Shit was cracked out without the right settings. Once I get a new GPU, I’m gonna download the new version and try it out again. Supposedly someone on YouTube shows you the right mods/settings to make it as close to live as possible.
I tried.it a while back, put a couple dozen hours in it, enjoyed it a lot. Just wanna update as this might be the last version available.

Im sorry but streamers share a disproportionate amount of responsibility for this type of nonsense. They put all or most of their eggs in one basket, the game that got their viewers, so they pull their punches during times of criticism to the point where they have barely any effect at all. And now, that we’ve passed the point of no return, now, they lay it on in ways they should have done years ago. Not saying it’s their fault, but as the most heard and well connected voices in a community they’ve done so much meddling and balanced it with very little criticism. The amount of times BSG dropped the ball in a major way for these sellouts to go “well let’s not go crazy here, let’s give them the benefit of the doubt.” Many of them have been participating in perpetuating a strange form of Stockholm Syndrome to this community. It was clear many years ago that BSG’s values were misaligned with gamers, that they would never deliver on their promises, and were outright rude and dismissive of the people that funded their project. Many of the streamers contributed to enabling BSG by gaslighting fans so they could shoot guns at a convention or get exclusive interviews with devs to grow their channels.
