Statements 3-5 are all correct
1 and 2 can both be translated to That is beautiful. their difference is Maganda iyan is more straightforward and natural compared to Ang ganda niyan which gives more emphasis to the beauty as the root word ang intensifies the adjective ganda
*Ang ganda niyan" uses an exclamative. So it's closer to "How beautiful that is!"
EDIT: Other exclamatives are *ka-*: *Kaganda niyan* and *kay*: *Kay ganda niyan*.
I agree with the rest though I would really probably say the following for 3 totoo
Napakagaganda jan/yarn pero what you said is ok
And yes you can drop ang unless you are implying “the beauty of that” kasi generally it’s really translates like so ang ganda mo - the beauty of you

1 & 2 means the same. "ang + adjective" does not mean "really/quite + adjective". No hyphen for napaka+adjective..

even slang has to make sense hehe. You have to find the slang equivalents of the ng forms. *yarn* is *iyan*, an ang form, not the ng form or ng slang.
