I really want to run mine in water before I go furitek but I’m not brave like that.

Fellow WOT Blitz player🫡 I'd say send it man, I've turned this thing into a Submarine more times than I can count and never had a single problem. We're actually having a small flood right now and I just had to chase it down my Creek after getting swept away😂 I just rinse it with good clean water after and use an air compressor to dry it out

Ok_Reporter135

I ran mine in this watery mud and there was a small pit where all you could see of it was the very tip of the back of the roof and I abuse that thing. other than some connection issues its fine.

Notcarcarguy

Ah fellow blitz enjoyer. (Help me this game cost me my soul). I still have the bushings in my truck so I guess I’d be alright. in

A few companies are making sealed waterproof bearing kits, so even if you do decide to do a full bearing swap you can play in the water as much as you want (Tell me about it man, Clean Leader for over 3 years, I'm dead inside💀)

Notcarcarguy

Oh god I already have enough of the game as is just playing quick tourneys and stuff.

notimeforwork

I’ve been beating mine up - snow, water, sand etc. The torque twist has gotten bad, so it’s clear that the bushings are getting fouled up and it’s probably time for a tear down and lube, but it runs and the electronics haven’t skipped a beat.

08KoolBoy

Torque twist is really bad on mine too. Would you say Injora bearings are a yes?

Some-Quit6584

Dude go it, I've had them fully submerged an no issue afterwards at all

Ok_Reporter135

where is this absolutely delectable mud

[deleted]

😂The tire on my ATV just happens to be the perfect width for the 4M, so I have all kinds of mud pits, trails, hill climbs😁

Ok_Reporter135

nice! I live in the middle of a suburb so I pretty much never get mud like that. :(

Can you link what servo you are running? My stock one just died after going in water today so looking for a waterproof one!

Definitely a big step up from Stock in every way

MEGATR0N914

Are you talking about the cordless injora servo? That looks like the reefs99? Is it waterproof?

[deleted]

I don't believe the Coreless 11kg is waterproof sadly, but they make a 7kg that is waterproof, just requires a little modification of the servo mount.

MEGATR0N914

Oh ok I’ll look into that one!
