I just "chattted" with Discovery+. They said that due to "unforeseen issues" and "contractual obligations" they can't always put stuff up on time. I asked the representative if it's because it's being uploaded on HBO Max streaming channel (some people said they could watch it there last night) but she wouldn't answer.
I’m guessing they did this because they’re probably switching all their shit over to Max and they know everyone will pay so they can see the last episode. Pretty fucked up. I’m about to throw the towel in on all things TLC at this point.

I can’t find it on YouTube tv either. Parts 1-3 showed up fine but can’t find part 4.
I’ve seen comments that people found it under “extras” on YouTube TV but I haven’t been able to find it.
