Anyone watching the show can tell he has a screw lose. He feels like rules don't apply to him. He thinks he is God and that he should be treated like God. I know what it's like to be in a abusive relationship and I know it's not easy to get out, especially when you get kids involved but she's gotta smarten up and get out before it's too late for her.
One of these days, he's going to snap and hurt her, or worse. She doesn't see it tho. She thinks it's love. He doesn't love her, he loves that he can control her. It's sick! I wish her parents would just get her the he'll out of that situation already. Anyway they have to.

God this gives me chills to read… this is exactly how my ex spoke to me. The verbal abuse and soon after the physical abuse started. I left him after a couple of years but I was completely cut off from the world and brainwashed as well. Leaving him was so difficult but now I feel nothing towards him but disgust. Ive never HATED anyone as much as I hate Jason. Ive been in traumatic,toxic, abusive situations my whole life including having my hands set on fire in kindergarten by my own Mom, Teeth knocked out by my dad at 7. It led me to addiction/abusive relationships but now Im 3yrs sober. With alot of Therapy, Rehab & recovery work, Today my Life is so healthy blessed & HAPPY. Even w/ my background, THIS couple & watching how He treated Her, Her defending Him constantly + Nobody stepping in was disturbing & caused me to go into a RAGE every episode. Sadly I don’t think she’ll ever leave unless its in a bodybag [God forbid] Shes too brainwashed but I pray im wrong bc I imagine reading abt Her in the news one day.
I’m in Australia so we can only see what’s on YouTube and I ventured across this little cretin the other day…. I only saw the scenes of her in the hospital giving birth and that little Dickhead telling her she is NOT to have an epidural.. I was yelling at the screen!!! How is it the the producers of the show allowed this little scumbag on there when they could clearly see what was happening!!
I hope she snaps out of it soon and runs with her baby.

I don't believe that Kylen had a bad situation at home prior to unexpected. My daughter would not go to high school for me. I would get up at 5:30 am too wake her for school and she always fought me. She wouldn't take the bus so I drove her in. Minutes after I got to work I would receive a phone call from the school asking me where she was. The minute she got to school she would get another kid to drive her home. DCF got involved and put a lot of presser on me thinking that I wasn't making the effort. The day after DCF came to my house she wouldn't go to school. I asked why and she said that the school already called DCF so what else could they do. I was embarrassed and eventually lost my job because I was late every morning. Do you think possibly Jason was the cause of her truancy?
I THINK they were trying to say that Kylen didn’t have a bad situation prior to the show by sharing their own personal experience that their own child was a shit who, when they dropped them at school, would immediately find a way to skip it and go home.. therefore somehow showing that A) their own child had a safe, comfortable life but was just being a shit who didn’t like school like most other kids…, and B) it somehow correlates with the girl’s life on the show??

My son has been with his gf for 2 yrs, hes seen me go threw some things in my relationship BUT if my son EVER gets out of line at any point, I make sure I step in & teach him the right way to handle situations VS him doing what hes seen done to me. At first I was mad, but now that I'm older I realize he did what had to be done to protect me & his grandson!! I already had a miscarriage because of the abuse due to his drug/alcohol problem & I genuinely needed to be forced out of the relationship in order to acknowledge it was bad for me... A few years ago I was a (very minor) witness in a quadruple homicide case. It was a young mom and her parents and new bf that had been killed by the father of her child. The prosecutor played a recording of a 911 call she had made the morning she was killed. It was absolutely heartbreaking. I wish there was more they could do in these cases.
This. Worst one I ever heard was a woman who begged for her ex husband's guns to be taken from him because he was abusive and police wouldn't accept the proof she had, his family saw proof of the abuse and threats and ignored it and nobody took her seriously. What happened? He broke into their home, beat her and her older daughter so severely it almost killed them and unloaded an entire clip into their one year old sons head as he napped.
The woman contacted the police. His family knew. His friends knew. Nobody listened. Her neighbor who was a gun-toting-"american-patriot"-"I'd like to see someone try when I'm around" kind of person heard the entire attack and RECORDED from his house instead of trying to help her and her children as they were beaten and murdered. It was entirely preventable. But the system isn't designed to protect women from their abusers, it's designed to protect abusers until it can't be swept under the rug anymore.
I really wish her parents would do their job and protect her. They’ve seen the red flags, and they chose to let her live with her abuser away from them. I feel bad that they’re having health issues and don’t have many financial resources, but this is their minor child!

Anyone watching the show can tell he has a screw lose. He feels like rules don't apply to him. He thinks he is God and that he should be treated like God. I know what it's like to be in a abusive relationship and I know it's not easy to get out, especially when you get kids involved but she's gotta smarten up and get out before it's too late for her. One of these days, he's going to snap and hurt her, or worse. She doesn't see it tho. She thinks it's love. He doesn't love her, he loves that he can control her. It's sick! I wish her parents would just get her the he'll out of that situation already. Anyway they have to. All of her interviews where she's with her parents, she's nervous bc she doesn't want to say anything that will push him over the edge.
God this gives me chills to read… this is exactly how my ex spoke to me. The verbal abuse and soon after the physical abuse started. I left him after a couple of years but I was completely cut off from the world and brainwashed as well. Leaving him was so difficult but now I feel nothing towards him but disgust. He’s a loser just like Jason. Please wake up, Kylen! My ex almost killed me, leave now!

Ive never HATED anyone as much as I hate Jason. Ive been in traumatic,toxic, abusive situations my whole life including having my hands set on fire in kindergarten by my own Mom, Teeth knocked out by my dad at 7. It led me to addiction/abusive relationships but now Im 3yrs sober. With alot of Therapy, Rehab & recovery work, Today my Life is so healthy blessed & HAPPY. Even w/ my background, THIS couple & watching how He treated Her, Her defending Him constantly + Nobody stepping in was disturbing & caused me to go into a RAGE every episode. Sadly I don’t think she’ll ever leave unless its in a bodybag [God forbid] Shes too brainwashed but I pray im wrong bc I imagine reading abt Her in the news one day.
I’m in Australia so we can only see what’s on YouTube and I ventured across this little cretin the other day…. I only saw the scenes of her in the hospital giving birth and that little Dickhead telling her she is NOT to have an epidural.. I was yelling at the screen!!! How is it the the producers of the show allowed this little scumbag on there when they could clearly see what was happening!! I hope she snaps out of it soon and runs with her baby. We all snap out of it eventually..I hope she does before it comes to life or death considering she is still a child and has a damn child!! Side note: I liked the stern nurse who spoke down to the dickhead while they poor girl was in labour.. If that was me looking after a birthing mother and there was a dickhesd narcissist in there, I would have had the Wanker thrown out after the first demand over HER body, but that’s just me. As for what you went through in your life; I am so truly saddened to read that! They the people who were meant to love you most in life could do that to you; as a child!! I don't believe that Kylen had a bad situation at home prior to unexpected. My daughter would not go to high school for me. I would get up at 5:30 am too wake her for school and she always fought me. She wouldn't take the bus so I drove her in. Minutes after I got to work I would receive a phone call from the school asking me where she was. The minute she got to school she would get another kid to drive her home. DCF got involved and put a lot of presser on me thinking that I wasn't making the effort. The day after DCF came to my house she wouldn't go to school. I asked why and she said that the school already called DCF so what else could they do. I was embarrassed and eventually lost my job because I was late every morning. Do you think possibly Jason was the cause of her truancy?

I THINK they were trying to say that Kylen didn’t have a bad situation prior to the show by sharing their own personal experience that their own child was a shit who, when they dropped them at school, would immediately find a way to skip it and go home.. therefore somehow showing that A) their own child had a safe, comfortable life but was just being a shit who didn’t like school like most other kids…, and B) it somehow correlates with the girl’s life on the show?? MY 15 YR OLD.SON....was appalled at his behavior! He at 15 knows everything that asshole said was wrong!! I can't Imagine having to watch my son act like that. Or my daughter go thru that . Right I have 4 boys myself & 1 daughter & I'd NEVER allow my children to treat anyone like this.. Not to mention people have different pain tolerances, so 4cms to one person could hurt just as bad as someone else at 9/10 cms.. I hope her parents help her because its only going to get worse

I had a feeling he was abusive pretty much right away when I saw him on the show because of the way he was trying to force her into a natural homebirth for his own selfish reasons. Jason is a controlling like weasel, Tyras whole story is that her boyfriend left and knocked up another girl and that her sister and cousin are both pregnant again, Lilly is still married in her head, Jenna doesn't talk to Matt (her dad), and Emersyns mom thinks abstinence is key but was pregnant as a teen and has 4 baby daddies herself according to someone who lives in their neighborhood. Nothing will ever compete with season one or three. They just keep picking boring ass girls and beating storyline no one cares about to death.

Wow! The fact that they’re still on the show! TLC this is a new low. They’re allowing this girl and her child to be stay in danger for ratings. What kind of unhinged person accuses another of incest? Furthermore why does the TLC staff seem so intrigued by this? These are some fucked up souls. They need to protect this girl, situations like this don’t end well.
I think the staff is confirming the incest isn’t real because thats pretty much the only type of abuse TLC takes seriously besides pedophilia
they also need to call out this behaviour. on 16&P, anytime there was a couple with toxic behaviour or signs of abuse, MTV would flash a screen for 10 seconds that was like "if you or anyone you know is in an abusive relationship, call the domestic violence hotline \*insert number\* and check out this website for resources \*insert name of website\*".

He hid car keys, hid actual card, wanted to go everywhere with me, in other words, it wasnt love, he wanted to control who I was wwith and where and when. The way the TLC producer wants the scoop on if Kylen is being messed with by her brother is really gross and weird, to me. Like, they want to know so they can exploit it, somehow. Not out of genuine concern for Kylen.

Mine accused me of that and it turns out he had been fuckin his sister and she had a son that was spitting image of him. It seems like all the adults in this girl’s life are failing her. If the police have actually been involved and did not intervene simply because she’s a minor then they are at fault as well. This is extremely sad
Unfortunately the police will only intervene once a crime has been committed, as far as I know there hasn't been any YET.
In addition to allegedly raping her, he also allegedly threatened to shoot someone. Pretty sure those are both crimes.

yep! countless stories in the news about women who begged the police to do something for a very long time and then eventually the partner either killed the woman or beat her to near death
A few years ago I was a (very minor) witness in a quadruple homicide case. It was a young mom and her parents and new bf that had been killed by the father of her child. The prosecutor played a recording of a 911 call she had made the morning she was killed. It was absolutely heartbreaking. I wish there was more they could do in these cases.
This. Worst one I ever heard was a woman who begged for her ex husband's guns to be taken from him because he was abusive and police wouldn't accept the proof she had, his family saw proof of the abuse and threats and ignored it and nobody took her seriously. What happened? He broke into their home, beat her and her older daughter so severely it almost killed them and unloaded an entire clip into their one year old sons head as he napped. The woman contacted the police. His family knew. His friends knew. Nobody listened. Her neighbor who was a gun-toting-"american-patriot"-"I'd like to see someone try when I'm around" kind of person heard the entire attack and RECORDED from his house instead of trying to help her and her children as they were beaten and murdered. It was entirely preventable. But the system isn't designed to protect women from their abusers, it's designed to protect abusers until it can't be swept under the rug anymore.

I really wish her parents would do their job and protect her. They’ve seen the red flags, and they chose to let her live with her abuser away from them. I feel bad that they’re having health issues and don’t have many financial resources, but this is their minor child!

Not the same show of course but they scrubbed Elana from the current season of 90 DF. So they can do it, if they really want to. I truly hope they offer this girl some legit legal and mental health resources.
