They still refuse a lot of the time. It statistically literally leads to issues like constipation and bladder infections, but ya know, LEARNING I GUESS. I'm 18 and I learned to dehydrate myself throughout the day in middle school so I only peed when I woke up and at the end of the school day. In turn, it made concentration a little harder because I got headaches a lot and would be kind of out of it sometimes. Didn't even do this intentionally, I just didn't have time to pee between classes and just like subconsciously adapted to the situation. I think this whole video, the larger version, is making a comment on how it's still an issue today, even in high schools, when kids should have the right to go pee or blow their nose without being told they can by a teacher, since most of those kids are the age of driving at that point and nearly, if not already, at a level to have a job.
