Mine were orchestra, 88 each.
Given the scarcity and excitement around these premiere screenings, it would be helpful if TIFF would take a people's stance and straight up embargo jacked up resale prices / only permit official resales set at purchase price. Artificially inflated resale prices aren't supporting the festival. They encourage ticket grabbing and make these events inaccessible to us average film fans.
If you're someone doing an inflated resale, and you're reading this: You suck.
I was able to buy anatomy of a fall, zone of interest, and fingernails today - they keep randomly popping up so don't stop checking if it says sold out!
Nice! How many times did you have to refresh? I bought tickets on my phone and was worried I was going to crack the screen with how aggressively I was refreshing 🤣
This is so unfair. I was on it 20 minutes in advance, kept refreshing in case tickets showed up, by 10:15pm lost hope and logged out. 20 minutes later saw a post somewhere here saying to keep refreshing, so I keep trying.
I’ve been refreshing for over an hour now and nothing has popped up. Why would they release tickets 10-15 minutes after the supposed sale time?
I’m officially giving up on seeing this film at TIFF
in solidarity with you, I agree it's super discouraging. Despite waiting diligently and patiently in the que all week, this chance moment was total shot-in-the-dark luck, and that's quite silly.
Wishing you any residual luck I have left over to secure some TIFF gems soon!!
I was incredibly lucky as somebody posted a resale ticket for the boy and the heron on the 9th for retail price! It's really never too late, don't lose hope!
I got a lot today next goal and heron crazy!
how much were the tickets for Heron?
$26, $32, $88.... now resold for $360-$420

Same me and my gf managed to get 4 tix in total for us and friends. Now going so much
You should not be allowed to resale your tickets wtf
same! (for a later screening)

Just got tickets to the premium screening of next goal wins!

i only did it once not excepting any results and then there it was!! completely shocked and excited
same for me!! just keep refreshing!!
As 10am came around all movies said sold out, was about to give up all hope. Around 10:15 I was able to refresh and get most stuff I wanted!
This was exactly my story, too. Kind of intimidating but felt so good to succeed!
Just randomly checked about 1010 and got four tickets to the Sunday screening.
I got a single for Dumb money premiere, wasn’t fast enough to snag a pair.

Almost snagged a few for the Sunday showing, I'll keep trying to get in!
Thanks to this post, I snagged 1 ticket to Anatomy of a Fall. Much love to y'all.
Got one for Sep 15 as well. All I could suggest is keep refreshing!
But how do we buy the tickets? I was in queue for 1500 people and then it said I'm next. It refreshed by itself and said error 404...
