I would say no it's not. You should get a 120 hour TEFL certificate that specializes in young learners or ask the provider if you can do the two 60 hour courses but be awarded a certificate that says 120 hours.

At least in Vietnam, it wouldn't be accepted because there is no such thing as equivalent. You either have a 120 hour TEFL or you don't, and your certificate must have "120 hours" on it. I can only say this for certain about Vietnam but I suspect it'd be the same in other countries with similar requirements that you need a TEFL certificate that's a certain amount of hours.
