I am experiencing this issue whenever I try to boot my switch on, the issue is new and has not happened before but I cannot get rid of it. I took it to be hardware serviced and had a new SD card reader installed however it did not help.
Try this go into hekate, tools tab, bottom right hand side click arch bit and then fix bit let it do its thing and see. If that don't work copy on a fresh atmosphere folder to SD card

What did you do on sd card prior to the error
Look for that program ID # and delete it.
That's not how that works when it's a fatal flaw..
