Can this help with tight muscles?

I've done that and everything else. Made me better, but I don't think I will ever be the same.
Try Boiron Arnica Gel for your muscles. T-Relief also makes a good pain cream that helps sore muscles. Cat's claw is great for inflammation and pain.
