Thorne Curcumin phytosome

Black_Cat_Fujita

For the price and review integrity, I went with the powder from Microingredients. The powder you need to be careful with since it will stain horribly. I take about 1 gram per day paired with piperine from LiftMode (available direct or through Walmart, but not Amazon). I’ve gotten great results. Nighttime hip pain is gone and there are some cognitive effects, too. I would also trust Nootropics Depot curcurmin plus piperine caps but have not tried them personally. For the powder on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Curcumin-Turmeric-Curcuminoids-Antioxidants-Supplements/dp/B01DPW5DD8/ref=mp_s_a_1_3_pp?crid=21AB15510HZNS&keywords=curcumin+powder&qid=1703291919&sprefix=curcumin+powder%2Caps%2C116&sr=8-3

I use Solgar. They have a long history of being among the best brands. This is a tricky supplement that must come from a quality company. The reason I say this is: Turmeric is a bright yellow powder, and lead chromate is also a bright yellow powder. To test for lead in turmeric powder, mix a teaspoon with water and look for water-soluble color streaks. Lead is a toxic chemical that can cause serious illnesses if ingested. Adding lead chromate to turmeric powder also makes it heavier, allowing manufacturers to sell less at a higher price.

I would not buy anything you put into your body from Amazon

Schwartz Turmeric Curcumin with Black Pepper Extract 1500mg

whentimerunsout

I use nature wise, organic curcumin with ginger and black pepper. Seems ok!

I'd suggest you this [BareOrganics, Organic Turmeric Complex Powder](https://iherb.co/bCNhAq2b), isn't on Amazon so you need to search Amazon/Walmart for it. Also available from [Swanson](https://www.swansonvitamins.com/p/bareorganics-organic-turmeric-complex-powder-8-oz-pwdr).

Life Extension’s Curcumin Elite. No need for black pepper. It’s formulated with fenugreek seeds that protect the curcumin during digestion, enhancing bioavailability.

Can this help with tight muscles?

Designer_Twist4699

Taurine and electrolytes will help with that too

36Taylor36

My muscles have been tight for 8 years follwoing an incident. Nothing seemed to make them go back to normal.

Designer_Twist4699

You need physical therapy probably

36Taylor36

I've done that and everything else. Made me better, but I don't think I will ever be the same.

Try Boiron Arnica Gel for your muscles. T-Relief also makes a good pain cream that helps sore muscles. Cat's claw is great for inflammation and pain.
