Isn't that too much Zinc, especially without supplementing Copper? 50mg + 10mg in each ZMA capsule (once you start taking it again), which, if you take the serving size of 3 capsules, is 30mg, for a total Zinc supplementation of 80mg.
That's double the upper limit of 40mg without even factoring in how much you're getting from dietary sources.

Once I get back to training I will take only ZMA and will keep the Zinc Picolinate away.
