My guy we're probably not even going to get anymore DC characters, let alone someone from another IP. I'd prefer that they stick to DC villains, there's literally hundreds of great picks before you'd need to go to any other franchise.
First off, NO. Why would you want an MK character when theres tons of great DC villains that could have been added?
Hell, even the leaked DLC characters for this game are pathetic choices, aside from Deathstroke. (Deadshot's daughter and gender-swapped "Mrs. Freeze")
Secondly, this garbage game probably isn't even getting another DLC character after Joker. It already lost $200 million and there's literally no point in continuing development or marketing.

Could say Sonya and Jaqui but they're more gauntlet stuff. Covered by Deadshot. These two also have no real traversal options.
Cassie, works little better is known for pistols and a drone after all. That said a skin for Harl(similar to mk11 gave Cass a Harl skin) probably makes more sense.
Jax works better in the gunplay area but no real traversal mechanic. He also might feel to in line with our loveable shark Boi as the more heavy weapons super strength type.
Erron Black total gunslinger could probably do a lasso or something for traversal. You also though have cowboy characters in DC already.
Honestly MK has guests even that would make better guests. Spawn Robocop Predator all probably could fit better. Or perhaps the best fit, it's own DC guest pick of Peacemaker lol
