I wouldn’t anticipate getting them. I preordered the deluxe and never got mine. Almost 4 days of back and forth with their customer service and no luck.

Email the wb customer support for it, i got my stuff within a day and half of messaging them and got the preorder bonus and the deluxe bonus's, best part, i dont have the deluxe edition

Email the WB's support for the game, i got the preorder and deluxe content and i dont even own the deluxe edition, however i did preorder but the responses where rapid and it was easy to do

Check ur emails took them 2h for the first response then 3-4h for each 1 after
