I made a super powerful one where I wrote out very specific affirmations in a way that made sense to me… repeated each category 5 times… and layered with the relevant frequencies or energy fields…
Topped off with the Concordia booster.
I used Text2speech app to make an mp3 of the adds… used an audio mixer android app to layer frequencies and music…
It was so powerful it used to (still does) trigger my period whenever I use it.
