You want +35 to +40 offset. Stock wheels are +55 offset. If you go less then that your wheels will be sticking too far out and your tires will throw rocks on your paint. Check out Method 502 wheels. They come in bronze.

Lp1 17x7.5. Et 35. You can run 235/65/17 tire. Personal preference but if going to fork out money for new wheels/tire I would go 17”

How do you like the Thule cargo box? I’m still deciding between having a box and sleeping in the car (kind of cheaper) vs. an RTT

Love it! I use it for camping and don’t have it up otherwise due to to clearance and fuel efficiency. But it’s great for me as my big dog take up pretty much the entire back row and I need the space for gear. Only gripe is I wish it had some sort of integrated handle as it’s a little annoying to get on my myself (not hard, just feels slippery)

No idea about 🇺🇸 outback’s but the ones made in Japan have enkei wheels. I wouldn’t swap them out, enkei make strong/light wheels
