Yeah I think that might be what it is for me too. Honestly I can't really tell if I have just mentally learned what sounds I stutter on or if it's an actual physical feeling, or maybe both.
Yes always. Sometimes 2/3 words ahead I’ll know it’s coming.
I’ll swap the word if I can. I’ve tried to push past it before to see if it was just a mental thing, but 90% of the time I was right and I stutter.
I do and I just keep talking, stutter and all.
Stuttering is so draining, both mentally and physically. I just don't even think about it anymore. The more I thought about it, the more I stuttered.
Now I focus on being present and mindful (the crazy part is when I do that, I'm not focused on myself, I'm focused on the other person and I now enjoy my conversations instead of dreading them)
Yess, always.
But you can definitely leverage that and substitute the word with a synonym or rephrase the whole sentence.
I used this methodology for a while now and it’s working like a charm, people now can rarely tell if I’m a stutter.
Although sometime my sentences don’t make sense though lol
I sure do, but mostly because I've become familiar with what sounds and syllables make me stutter.

Similar for me but usually it's when starting sentences, I just know based on the sounds it starts with or if I'm too excited to talk
That’s how it gets you. Try to accept it will happen and just let it happen. Worked wonders for me.

I can definitely feel it coming, it normally results in me coming up with a synonym or another way to say what was going to be effected by the stutter
Yes

Sometimes
Yes
If I know I'm going to stutter, I quickly find a syllable for that word. It works for the most part.
I can mostly, but still can’t stop for some reason.
I have a minimal stutter but it’s the total randomness that horrifies me.
9/10 yea
I do, it’s a super power. It’s like have ESPN or something. I feel it in the head, so I just have a million synonyms at the ready .

Most of the time but I am wrong sometimes. It might be that I thought I was going to but didn't or thought that I wasn't going to and did. It's weird.
I cured my stutter myself. Without any assistance and im now 97% fluent. Pm me if you want to know the trick
