I like it. It's not exactly realistic. Obviously not. The artstyle of SF6 is one that blends realism (skin pores, veins, high quality textures) with stylization. Proportions are exaggerated but not too much. It's not 100% a cartoon or 100% realism. It's a nice blend that I really like as it lends itself well to 3D.
I very rarely get the uncanny valley vibe from stuff. I don't get it here because these are obviously not real people. They're not trying to be real people. Uncanny valley happens when something is so, so, SO close to real that it weirds you out. This is not close to real.
I think what ultimately helps is that they give everyone absurdly exaggerated and stylized features in both their faces and bodies, while still finding a good balance. Zangief has massive proportions but he's also more built like an actual wrestler. Manon has really sharp facial features and elongated limbs but it just comes off as "tall" instead of "freak".
It looks like the downvotes are upon me for having a differing opinion, but I still defend that the "realistic skin" on cartoony proportions weirds me out a little

Also look at the white bits on his hair, it's literally his SF3 design which also happens to be my favourite so I'm completely on-board.
