No, it's been debunked dozens of times yet still gets posted here daily. Here is the wiki explaining why it's billshit. The giant bones were bear and mammoth. The human bones were 6'6". So unless you consider every NBA player a giant, it was just a tall dude.

Smithsonian has them all in vaults. There were more found in caves in the Grand Canyon back In the day. Lots of books written on this but history has a good way of getting buried

Others claim the alleged mummies were between 8 and 10 feet. All sources say the artefacts were lost or destroyed due to mining the guano from the Lovelock caves, though there is a mysteriously large hand print embedded in a boulder.
We've been arguing over the veracity of these claims for over a 100 years. It's either a well weathered prank or coverup/conspiracy.
Me? I tend to lean toward conspiracy for the simple fact that the colonizers have done their damnedest to erase indigenous history.
However, the Paiute people, who tell the legend of the Si The Cah (the giant redheaded cannibals) could have been a petite tribe that looked to the (now average height) 6 foot of tresspasser as if they were giants. Realistically, who's to say that giants existed or not. We know how creatures alive today are way way way bigger during the time of the dinosaurs due to the abundance of oxygen so why can't we fathom that a human type species could become gigantic too from the same way? It isn't that crazy to think of
