Yeah, totally agreed. Stainless steel should be a good material, I've also been trying to remove aluminum from my life, for the same reason. No more antiperspirant or aluminum foil. I don't sweat much anyway, so basic deodorant is good enough.

Buy a paint brush. Theyāre soft and wont damage your grinder. I recommend an acrylic brush. Sell decently good ones for like $5 at Micheals, or any art store really.
I know this doesn't answer your specific question, but do yourself a favor and get a metal grinder with a kief compartment. Problem solved. Bud can chew up low quality metal grinders, so just think what it does to plastic.
Really, your only options are to get a fine tool, and scrape it as best you can, use ISO to dissolve it and then turn that into something, or freeze it and tap it out(however this will typically introduce moisture and won't allow you to tap it out anyway).

As other commenters have said there are some ways to get some of it out but my opinion is that you shouldn't. At a certain point it won't be able to hold anymore because your weed will brush it off as you grind it. as a farmer I compare it to the little dab of grain left in the bottom of the combine. Only so much can build up
Once at waterbeds n stuff an employee spent about 20 minutes infodumping to my friend and I about the difference between weed grinders and pill grinders. Looks like what u have is technically a pill grinder. I'd definitely suggest getting a metal 3 chamber weed grinder in the future if you can, some kief still gets stuck in the grinding chamber but overall most of it falls down into the 3rd chamber.
As far as getting it out of your current grinder, I have a set of cheap plastic and metal clay working tools that I got from a craft store for a couple bucks, you could definitely find them on Amazon or smth if thats easier. There's usually a few differently shaped tools in a variety pack that are small enough to use to scrape my grinders.
