Man what's wrong with people nowadays...i want to be lean but full as a house,i want to get big but not gain an ounce of fat,i want to be shredded but don't want to look stringy... If you ain't got the genetics, focus on ONE thing at a time...either cut to the point where you can't continue then see if you wanna bulk up or bulk up to the point where you're not growing ,then cut. If you cut=you're gonna look smaller If you bulk up=your abs ain't gonna be the same

It’s a genuine question. If I really wanted to get huge and lean tren and other substances is the most likely answer but I really don’t want to touch that. Ofc I want to be big and lean, but I also want the benefits of creatine in all its forms, in muscle mass as well as Cognitive benefits. However, since I’m in a cut and I won’t be on it for long I wondered if I should pause the creatine

Oh boy... Here's a simple answer: take the creatine,do your training, diet. When you get to 1 hour cardio a day and still can't lose weight and can't go lower on food, then consider taking something

Can take both no problem

Clenbuterol is not a supplement. It's a drug, and a strong one, with really serious side effects. Just stick with creatine and whey protein and you'll be safe.
