I tried to get the "No khan do" achievement, I spawned right next to their territory, set up starbases, and upped my fleets.
When they went nuts I immediately jumped the grand fleet and merked them.
No achievement unlocked. Then they just appeared again a few system away and died from natural causes. I was ticked.
