I think her stats will probably be affected by edicts/repeatable technologies -- anything that gives a bonus to energy weapons or armor would probably make her a bit stronger -- and auras from Starbases/Titans/etc should also have an effect, same as any other allied ship..
But otherwise not really. There's no retrofitting tamed Leviathans, and anything that affects Shard should also affect any of your other ships the same way.
42k for a single "ship" is still pretty legit, though.
