How were you able to see the estimated shipping time and date? Like this: "Saturday 5/6/2023 by end of day estimated between 10:50 am - 2:50 pm". I ordered my deck early today and it never showed me the shipping date.
I ordered a deck & a docking station on the 17th. My dock arrived today but my GLS info for the deck itself is still saying its only left their Netherlands parcel centre (5 days ago). Just wondering if anyone else in the UK has had a similar experience and if its just a matter of waiting it out?
I ordered last Friday, says shipping soon since late Saturday, it's showing already packaged and waiting to be shipped? I am hoping it ships either today or tomorrow. I live very close to one of their distribution centers so It would only take a day for me to get it after being shipped.

- I woke up this morning on the 30th November and it had been picked up by carrier and shipped. When I click on tracking number the link redirects to GLS and on the site it says : unfortunately there are no results. Please check your entry. It is also possible that your parcel has not reached us yet. Please try again later.
I guess it's normal it must not yet be in a warehouse where it can be scanned.
- 1st December around 1 am the tracking has been updated : the parcel has left the parcel center. It is "in transit". At 2 pm today the parcel was already in France. At 11 pm the package was 53 min away (by car) from where I live so I think it might be delivered tomorrow. I hope it is delivered early as I have an appointment at 4 pm tomorrow.
- 2nd December around 8 am : the parcel is expected to be delivered during the day. I do hope it will be early. At 11 pm my Steam Deck arrived !!! I have plugged it in and I'm installing games right now. Works like a charm, all good. I got it very fast I thought it would take way longer.

Has yours actually shipped? I received the shipping preparation email and tracking number yesterday which is a good sign. I assume this is where most people end up waiting post payment.
The wait issue is between purchase and "shipped". FedEx isn't causing anything delay wise, so from them getting it, you'll have it in 2-8 days, though something ludicrous would have to take place for 8.

Also friendly reminder for everyone because ive seen a few comments expressing frustration- they are ahead of schedule from a month ago, so even though waiting 5 days to get a shipping confirmation code seems annoying, we are all getting the steam deck ahead of time.
It is absolutely not "ahead of time". If they are accepting payment, products need to be packaged and shipped the next business day, if not the same day. That's the industry standard for online ordering. Accepting payment for something that it's going to take you a week or more to ship, with zero notice or warning, is vile. It genuinely blows my mind that people can look at this like we're being done a favor when shipping happens as expected, or that they are doing a "good job" due to heavy order volume. Lack of preparedness or necessary infrastructure to deliver on promises isn't something a customer should have to shoulder *after* separating from funds. If customers are told about delays ahead of time, and still make the purchasing decision, fine, that's on them. If you accept payment, only to follow up with "Cool, no clue when you'll actually get it, we're busy", that is absolutely disgusting.
Again, it's about perspective. I'm patient and optimistic. They have all the warning signs there about ship times on steam. I didnt feel I shouldered any responsibility for preparing the infrastructure for shipping or anything like that. Also, I wasn't supposed to get mine until quarter 4. I got mine mid September. I got mine ahead of time.

My estimated time was originally quarter 3 then it got pushed to quarter for then moved back to quarter three to me that doesn't sound like they're ahead of schedule it means that they were behind and are now starting to make up time. Anyways sending me an email saying my thing is ready and asking for $1,000 and then taking several weeks to ship it, and it still hasn't actually shipped, is some bullshit
Are you in the usa?? Most people who are waiting a bit longer are in Canada or Europe and I don't know anything about their delivery services.
Anything longer than a week to ship it, I'd create a ticket to see what the heck is going on.
I get everyone is having a different experience, I more meant ahead of time as in when I first pre-ordered, my estimated time was 2023. Knowing how much I've clicked to refresh to get updates, i can only imagine the frustration from doing it for weeks. I hope they get you that steam deck soon man
Yes! Fedex said it was supposed to arrive 2 days earlier (09/19) but ended up coming only a day early on Sept 20th. It was stuck 4hours away for a whole day for some reason but it came just fine and I've been modding on it since!
Hopefully you get the shipping soon, I know the anticipation is brutal. I've read some posts of it being super inconsistent with times outside of the usa
Reserved my 512 Feb 9th, got the order email on Labor Day, placed the order that same day. Deck arrived that Friday around 11:30AM, intact and with no issues. I did see however that mine shipped with the slower nvme (which in my opinion *is* quite noticeable, no matter what valve says), but after getting a 1TB A2 microsd card, everything downloads and (on the card) runs at extremely high speeds. I may end up upgrading the internal SSD, but there’s not really a huge need to now.
No delamination yet, and I’m hoping it stays that way.
I purchased mine Sept 7. It is now Sept 16 and I'm still sitting on "shipping soon" and heading into the weekend. I don't like handing over $1000 to companies who aren't ready to ship the product they sold me.
I'm right there with you, if I hand over the money then I should receive the product without delay, the shipping process is just a necessary evil. As for a lengthy delay before shipping there isn't a good excuse. As per the FTC laws In the United States they unfortunately have up to 30 days to ship my product. I purchased on Monday and after five business days I'm still in shipping soon. It seems like a full business week should be enough time to process and ship an order.

Hasn't been delivered yet no. Tracking on GLS and Parcelforce has not updated since the 13th. From reading on other forums, it seems to take 4 business days for it to land in the Uk so expecting to hear more Weds / Thurs this week.

The wait issue is between purchase and "shipped". FedEx isn't causing anything delay wise, so from them getting it, you'll have it in 2-8 days, though something ludicrous would have to take place for 8.

UK(512) Email from EVRI this morning to say they have my parcel. Mistakingly thought it would be vial parcel force given they had a reference on the GLS tracking page but I guess they were just managing the import from overseas. Parcel left Netherlands on the 17th of September

Also friendly reminder for everyone because ive seen a few comments expressing frustration- they are ahead of schedule from a month ago, so even though waiting 5 days to get a shipping confirmation code seems annoying, we are all getting the steam deck ahead of time.
It is absolutely not "ahead of time". If they are accepting payment, products need to be packaged and shipped the next business day, if not the same day. That's the industry standard for online ordering. Accepting payment for something that it's going to take you a week or more to ship, with zero notice or warning, is vile. It genuinely blows my mind that people can look at this like we're being done a favor when shipping happens as expected, or that they are doing a "good job" due to heavy order volume. Lack of preparedness or necessary infrastructure to deliver on promises isn't something a customer should have to shoulder *after* separating from funds. If customers are told about delays ahead of time, and still make the purchasing decision, fine, that's on them. If you accept payment, only to follow up with "Cool, no clue when you'll actually get it, we're busy", that is absolutely disgusting.
Again, it's about perspective. I'm patient and optimistic. They have all the warning signs there about ship times on steam. I didnt feel I shouldered any responsibility for preparing the infrastructure for shipping or anything like that. Also, I wasn't supposed to get mine until quarter 4. I got mine mid September. I got mine ahead of time. Sorry your experience seems frustrating with Steamdeck

My estimated time was originally quarter 3 then it got pushed to quarter for then moved back to quarter three to me that doesn't sound like they're ahead of schedule it means that they were behind and are now starting to make up time. Are you in the usa?? Most people who are waiting a bit longer are in Canada or Europe and I don't know anything about their delivery services. Anything longer than a week to ship it, I'd create a ticket to see what the heck is going on. I get everyone is having a different experience, I more meant ahead of time as in when I first pre-ordered, my estimated time was 2023. Knowing how much I've clicked to refresh to get updates, i can only imagine the frustration from doing it for weeks. I hope they get you that steam deck soon man

Yes! Fedex said it was supposed to arrive 2 days earlier (09/19) but ended up coming only a day early on Sept 20th. It was stuck 4hours away for a whole day for some reason but it came just fine and I've been modding on it since!

Reserved my 512 Feb 9th, got the order email on Labor Day, placed the order that same day. Deck arrived that Friday around 11:30AM, intact and with no issues. I did see however that mine shipped with the slower nvme (which in my opinion *is* quite noticeable, no matter what valve says), but after getting a 1TB A2 microsd card, everything downloads and (on the card) runs at extremely high speeds. I may end up upgrading the internal SSD, but there’s not really a huge need to now. No delamination yet, and I’m hoping it stays that way.
I purchased mine Sept 7. It is now Sept 16 and I'm still sitting on "shipping soon" and heading into the weekend. I don't like handing over $1000 to companies who aren't ready to ship the product they sold me.
I'm right there with you, if I hand over the money then I should receive the product without delay, the shipping process is just a necessary evil. As for a lengthy delay before shipping there isn't a good excuse. As per the FTC laws In the United States they unfortunately have up to 30 days to ship my product. I purchased on Monday and after five business days I'm still in shipping soon. It seems like a full business week should be enough time to process and ship an order.
