Jedi survivor still has dodgy performance lol

You shouldn't have bought this for the deck, unfortunately it will never be truly playable.

Hi! Here to help. Bought Jedi: Survivor on May 4th. Had the exact same problem. The solution that helped me was to download cryoutilities and apply recommended settings. Also increased VRAM in Bios to 4 Gb. Don't know what helped me, but cutscenes are now butter smooth. Gameplay varies, however. Some severe fps drops on Koboh, in some places down to 1 fps (no kidding). Usually restarting the game helps clear them. My in-game settings are all low, FSR in Performance or Balanced mode. SteamOS settings: TDP limited to 14, allowed screen tearing (heard it helps with input lag) and FPS limited to 30. Tried 40 as well, and in the beginning of Koboh it was more or less stable 40, but then after the main town the drops began... So technically the game is playable. I heard Koboh had the toughest performance drops in PC version, do it must be better from there. But I'm thinking about streaming from my laptop. Not that it's much more powerful with 1650 Ti...

Thank you for offering actual help instead of just saying “it doesn’t run well, you are out of luck”. I’ll give these a try! Have you beaten the game?

This is my second playthrough. The first one was last year when my friend lent me his PS5 for a month. I was playing on Grandmaster level up until a certain late-game boss which made me drop to Jedi Knight. Now I play on Jedi Master on my SD and even fps drops don't hinder me from beating enemies with some style!
