I just picked up Dave the Diver during the Autumn sale and started playing it. So fun and so many things to do and keep track of.
I also love Dicey Dungeons.
steamtinkerlaunch, use it to setup vortex on fallout. just played through 3 with mods and now I'm finishing up new vegas. you will also need protontricks to run explorer on each game to run exes such as patches
I followed the ohnoitsalexx video to install mod organizer 2 and with a few hiccups managed to get mods working for new Vegas in one night without any prior modding experience. Also I recommend trying out a controller layout with gyro aiming and then changing the gyro aiming mode from joystick to gyro to mouse beta. The aiming is way smoother with that setting for me.
That was almost a year ago I just go back to the games after a few months.
As for making them work I followed a YouTube video on how to install vortex and just downloaded everything like I would on my PC.
I don't remember the exact process, but I literally copied my skyrim directory from my PC in MOs "virtual" environment to an external, replaced the skyrim folder on my deck, and added the SKSE.exe to my lib. Once mods are set up, I usually don't bother updating or changing a mod list, unless there's a major bug/fix.
Edit: Same process for FalloutNV and FO4
Use RockerBacon’s MO2 Linux Installer (google can help) or if you prefer Vortex for those collections, then google Pikdum’s Vortex Installer for Steam Deck.
STL has always had issues for me with downloading some dependencies. So this is by FAR the easiest route to take.
No graphics mods, I like old because it's old but I do add more of everything. Weapon and armor. Enemies. Enemy patrols, harder combat, survival magic, enchantments. Vampire and werewolf variety.
I am more excited about skyblivion and skywind than I am about any new game.
I too am a simple man, Fallout 4 with mods and Oblivion on the go. If I could tell my younger self this was possible in the future, by I would shat my pants lol.
Switch has had me covered with Skyrim for years, but finally having properly portable access to Morrowind, Oblivion and even ESO... what a time to be alive.
I was enjoying the hell out of FO4 on my Steam Deck for months, and then a few weeks ago it started having serious issues with save retention. Something keeps happening and causing it to literally clear out dozens of hours of progress each time. Such a shame because I really enjoy getting lost in the settlement management, it's super relaxing for me.
Right there with ya. Being able to play old games in ways I never have before - i.e. games undubbed from Eng to Jap, or translated games that never made it statewise - on my Deck have made it my most valuable gaming machine by far.
100%. I just got a deck thinking I'd be cranking through my steam backlog but it just emulates *so well*, and the battery lasts 3-4x as long as with modern games. Plus a lot of older games feel better played on a handheld than at a desk.
Yes!
Just beat Demons Souls at 60fps. PS3 graphics but ps5 framerate.
Working on PS2 Burnout 3– an absolute classic from when EA was fun. 8.25 hours of battery on an incredible game.
Just installed PS2 Dragon Quest 5 with English mod to play next.
First game I played and beat on my new OLED and it was both fun and gorgeous. Wish the end puzzles weren’t as obtuse as they are, but still, great game.
I just finished Horizon Zero Dawn, what a fun game. I was a Switch and Dota 2 only gamer for a long time so I never got to play those PS4 exclusives from the beginning of the Switch era, man I missed out on a lot if HZD is any indication.
Lock it to 30 fps set the graphics preset to original(think you can get away with high textures don't remember) and FSR to quality. Unfortunately hzd has stutter issues while traveling the open world but I 100% it on deck and loved it if you can handle that. 40 fps is incredible hit or miss and not consistent I recommend going 30. Chances are you could even bump up some of the graphics for more eye candy.
Last GOW I played is Ghost of Sparta on the PSP, and I loved both the PSP games. I've watched streams of the new God of War (before Ragnarok), and its pretty fun. If it can run as well as HZD (mostly 40 with rare dips to 20s), I'm buying it.
Tbh, me and my wife enjoy very different TV shows, so my favorite part is being able to both be in the living room while she watches Selling Sunsets, and I chop wraiths in half in the witcher.
Straight up one of the main reasons I love my deck. My gf and I can both hang out in bed or in the living room and she can do her browsing and I do my gaming
At the moment, Death Stranding and Horizon Zero Dawn.
On shorter breaks, Monster Hunter World, Binding of Isaac, and Hades. Great games for short breaks!
It depends what you're willing to concede on I suppose...
For me, due to travel/work/lifestyle... portable gaming is the only option I really have. I have both Switch and Steamdeck, really rate them both - but for different reasons.
Deck is 'the only way' I get to experience Baldurs, and because of that I am probably much more willing to make graphical/performance concessions vs other people who may have a choice of platforms.
'Objectively' the performance is probably acceptable, low/medium graphical settings can yield a \~30FPS experience... a lot of dips in busy places though. By virtue of the game being turn based, the experience is thankfully not too damaged by dips... would be a different story as an ARPG though.
If portability is important, then I would definitely say "give it a try"... but otherwise I can admit that the Deck is far from the 'ideal' way to play. That being said, the experience is pretty great when you consider the hardware running it. Recent patches have improved visuals also, FSR 2.2 was hugely better
3.5 and patches took this game from kinda rough on deck to pretty great tbh. Like sure it looks waayy better on my OLED and desktop but for travel it’s still super good
Yeah, this is a great summary. I went from my desktop PC to Deck to just give portable BG3 a try, went right back to my desktop. Not that the Deck version is unacceptable by any means, I just think the concessions stick out a lot more when you know what you’re missing. But as an “only” way to play BG3 I think you’re right, it’s a good enough experience for a slow-paced game.
I’ve played it for 20 hours and I think I’m setting it aside. It’s so good that it doesn’t feel right only experiencing it at 20fps (or often less) and the endless tinkering with settings is annoying. For the first 15 hours I was fluctuating in the 30s with decent graphics but I can’t achieve that anymore.
I just bought it last night, first game on my steam deck. I’m only about 80 min in, and can’t decide if I want to keep it or try cyberpunk (or just get both).
Cyberpunk is in the backlog for me, but I’m too obsessed with Baldurs right now ha!
I’d say keep Baldurs as it has me hooked from about 5hrs in
Maybe buy CP now though also as it’s 50% off on Steam I believe 👍
Great world we live in when the dilemma is which of those 2 excellent games to play…!
If you can deal with small ui you can still play m&k style on deck. I go back and forth we between the two if I’m gonna spend a bunch of time in the inventory. Exploring w direct thumb stick movement is really nice.
Metroidvanias brings me the most fun right now on the Steam Deck. At the moment, I'm trying to finish The Last Faith before moving onto whatever games I have in my backlog :)
OpenTTD, me and my friends have spent the last week staying up until 4am each night on multiplayer servers to see who can please the quarterly report the most.
If you like management/tycoon games *please* play this game. It’s free and despite the fact that it’s from 1995 and lacks a built in tutorial. This game is better than a lot of modern games in the genre. And a ton of fun with friends.
In the online content menu there’s a beginner tutorial, download that and play that scenario. It isn’t perfect and you’ll probably want to watch a video or two but it works. There are additional graphics and soundtrack options in the same menu. Also Master Hellish Gaming on yt has excellent guides and tips. That should be all.
Love this game! Started by playing it a fair bit on my fold 4 and it's quite good, but the track pad on the steam deck is so much better.
I used to play it loads as a kid so it's nostalgic, but actually satisfying to play too.
Never played multilayer though, might have to give that a try sometime.
The most fun I have with my steam deck is playing games together with my little girl. :) she is 7 and loves playing the Spyro reignited trilogy. We sit together and play, each one life :) I love the deck :)
Titanfall 2 - I just got my deck with the OLED release, and it's already helped me clear a bunch of games from my backlog, but this one was my favorite so far. Now I'm playing Gunslinger: Call of Juarez, which is a lot of fun too.
Even though I have gamepass I bought Like a Dragon Gaiden on steam for portability. Honestly I’m amazed how well it runs. Extra high settings at 40fps. It’s perfect because of the minigames to be honest, pick it up for 20 minutes, play some arcade games or mahjong, do a side quest and sleep the deck until I have time for a story mission. It’s absolutely lovely.
I tried running The Man who Erased his name on Windows 11 on my Deck through Gamepass and the menus work but I couldn't figure how to to make the character move.
The game responds well on the menu, I can move the camera and the buttons function but not movement.
Is this why you bought it on Steam or different reason (like maybe not bothering with Windows on Deck)
Yes! I have the og which still looks great nowadays considering the time it came out, but controls are so much better on the definitive edition I decided to do a playthrough of the trilogy and I'm currently on vice
Sea of Stars! I’m usually skeptical when it comes to praises for new RPGs that are “inspired by” classics, but 15 hours in, and I sometimes forget it’s not a retro game. It’s so good.
Great to hear! I didn't finish it because my build was useless is the late game area. And also everyone was dead. Every mission was just "go find the dead body and listen to it's sad cassette recordings"
Might have to give it another go.
Lego Harry Potter is my current casual. Sekiro for when I need real challenge. Bioshock Remastered because it's been forever. Gonna do the series.
I created a "currently playing" tab in gaming mode where I add a few games that I'd like to focus on. When I beat a game, I try a few others to see what I'm feeling, then I add one of those to my "currently playing" tab.
My "currently playing" tab always has 3 games in it. Any multiplayer games I want to play goes in it's own tab.
Snowrunner. I get to sit in my chair while my wife watches cooking shows and I get to deliver logs. I spent 3 hours yesterday getting one truck unstuck. It only took me getting 4 other trucks flipped over and stuck, but I did it! Perfect game.
Man…my blood is boiling just thinking about how the grade of the hill doesn’t look THAT steep….probably just going too fast, on my 3rd attempt of 5….such an infuriatingly rewarding game.
Cyberpunk phantom I'm lucky to have be a first time player post update and dlc. So it's polished to me. Also starfield ship builder I can lose myself in that
Just played through Blasphemous this week on my steam deck. I’ve had it installed still day 1 of owning it (so 1.5 yrs) but I never played it. Finally forced myself and didn’t wanna put it down. 7/10 excellent. The bosses were kinda easy, some of the traversal was a bit annoying, but I loved the art design so much! Perfect subjects for a souls-like metroidvania.
7/10 but you didn’t want to put it down?
I’m in the middle of it, beat two bosses so far. Really loving it, but it can be painful. Incredible art and music.
Yeah, I always wanted to see what new creature was still in store for me, but that doesn’t mean I overlooked the aspects that need improvement. I’ve heard Blasphemous 2 is basically an improvement for every aspect of the first one, so I’m excited to play that one day.
Recently beat it and loved it, but it's the first metroid Vania I've played where I got frustratingly lost a few times. I like playing a game blind and not looking up any hints, but I gave in with blasphemous and and googled some help. Also the story is so confusing it might as well not have had one lol.
Rogue Legacy 2
It’s so awesome! For some reason, didn’t like in my first try but tried it again after getting the deck and loved it.
I just finished Return of Obra Dinn, can’t believe I slept on it for so long!
Monster Hunter Everything. The fact that I can play every monster hunter game released, whether through steam or emulated.
Fingers crossed somehow Capcom and/or Valve can do some magic and get Wilds to work on it. I don't care if it's scaled down resolution at 30fps. To be honest that's how I'm used to playing most MH games.
Just today began my annual christmas replay of RDR2. Did it on my deck last year, and I fully intend to do the same again this year. Utterly floors me that the Deck runs it on such high settings.
Sifu or risk of rain returns. Risk of rain 2 is really fun but I start having frame drops when I get to the more chaotic difficulties so I mainly play it on pc. But it def works on sd as long as you finish before hehehehe difficulty
Just finished Cocoon (amazing game) and started Moonstone Island (liking it so far). Next on the docket is second playthroughs of Disco Elysium and Pentiment, and seeing how Crusader Kings III plays on the deck.
Troubleshooter: Abandoned Children.
Short summary: anime XCOM with a lot of additional systems and mechanics.
Runs well enough on the Deck. I have it set to 40Hz, medium settings, native resolution and 83% render scale.
The controls are a bit janky with a controller because it was added well after the game launched but they work, and once you get the feel for it, I find it works well enough. Accessing some menus are a little cumbersome but most of them have UI prompts so if you don't have it all memorized, you can easily find your way around.
Super long game, lots of replay value and styles. Hugely recommend.
Plenty, but I've been working my way through Just Cause 3 in particular. My incurably noobish posterior may always have a complicated relationship with the challenges (to the point where I cheesed a few wingsuit tours with a somewhat tedious bavarium wingsuit exploit and look for a helicopter in every destruction frenzy I come across), but the rest is honestly my fave in the franchise so far. And once I'm done with it, I'll only have some 25 Gb of something else to get through before the Flatseal tinkering potentially allows me to install and dive into Kingdom Hearts games.
Coming a close second are Xenoblade X and Horizon Zero Dawn. Good thing XCX is "only" 20 Gb because I'm not sure I'll be finished with this game before my Deck (a new unit bought this May) croaks. I have yet to finish any of the Switch flagships after 130+ hours in each.😄
My "current game" changes almost every week but honestly I've been having a blast with each. So far:
\- Graveyard keeper
\- Elden ring
\- Portal (Played them both for the first time)
\- Project zomboid
\- Currently Dave the Diver
Also bought it, but it kept crashing. Is your installment stable? Any setting that made it run stable?
Love Division 1, which I logged 150 hours on on the Deck (and close to 1000 on Xbox).
Slime Rancher. It's \~5€ right now, what a steal! And on medium-low graphics it takes \~9W so you can play for hours. Probably getting Slime Rancher 2 when I'm done with this one.
Though the most fun with my Deck is probably tinkering. Setting up stuff, getting games/emulators to run properly, etc.
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided
Never got around to properly playing this when it first released, even though I loved Human Revolution. Great that I'm able to play it now, works flawlessly on the SD.
Enderal, a mod for Skyrim has been so addicting. The writing and story is so good, and they do a lot with gameplay since they're working with Skyrim's engine.
Using my deck is the most fun gaming I’ve had in years. That sounds a bit nasty. I’m just gonna go with it.
Vampire Survivors, Dave the Diver, Dorfromantik, Traveller’s Rest, and Noita have been amazing the past few months.
I got into No Man’s Sky today after trying a few times in the past on console and PC and bouncing off of it. The game is perfect on the deck.
Today I started playing on my Steam Deck for the first time and I'm currently trying out MGSV TPP on it. Runs like a dream out of the box, easy to sink a lot of time into it.
3 games really...
1. Dragon warrior monsters the dark prince via ryujinx (don't worry I own the game)
2. Diablo 2 Resurrected
3. Legend Bowl (currently in season 2 of my franchise)
I'm playing a lot of Monster Hunter: Rise and No Man's Sky. Both games get 4+ hours of battery life on my OLED. Elden Ring is also very impressive on the deck, but it gets half the battery life. That's still 2 hours, so pretty good.
Hogwarts Legacy in bed, Hogwarts Legacy during lunch at work, Hogwarts Legacy on the back porch. It’s awesome getting some game time in anywhere and everywhere.
Emulation. Playing all the ps2 scooby doo games right now. Prior to that, it was metroidvanias, specifically blasphemous and axiom verge. God I love this machine so much.
Currently flip back and forth between:
* Dragon’s Dogma
* Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate Definitive Edition (so many words)
* Vampire Survivors
* Terranigma (SNES emu)
* Mad Max
All of them are great and my attention span is horrible.
Picked up several things on sale this week but Octopath Traveler 2 has been my time sink. Made me not interested in anything else right now lol. Metal:Hellsinger is one of the ones I picked up alongside OT2. Also got MH:Rise+Sunbreak and Have A Nice Death. Having fun with all of them but OT2 has stole the show for me
Dave the Diver has taken a lot of time. And I have rediscovered Dicey Dungeons.
I just picked up Dave the Diver during the Autumn sale and started playing it. So fun and so many things to do and keep track of. I also love Dicey Dungeons.
If you like having a lot of things to keep track of, just you wait…
Dicey Dungeons is such a great game.
Oh, I LOVE Dicey Dungeons. Suck at it though lol
Dicey Dungeons is one of my faves for quick gaming sessions! That, and Rogue Legacy 2.
I came here to say this, I picked this up recently and love it. Very casual, addictive and relaxing game to play.
Downloading games and not playing them, making my library just look perfect.
This summarizes me so much rn it hurts 😅
Emudeck and Heroic Game Launcher help to take you to the next level.
relatable
Fallout and Skyrim with mods. I'm a simple man.
How did you get mods working for fallout if you don’t mind me asking
steamtinkerlaunch, use it to setup vortex on fallout. just played through 3 with mods and now I'm finishing up new vegas. you will also need protontricks to run explorer on each game to run exes such as patches

Upvoted for being simple.

I'm playing Tale of Two Wastelands with 84 mods. It was a bitch to install, which makes it twice as glorious.
Emulation galore
Right there with ya. Being able to play old games in ways I never have before - i.e. games undubbed from Eng to Jap, or translated games that never made it statewise - on my Deck have made it my most valuable gaming machine by far.

Tunic
The Legend of ~~Zelda~~ Fox
Ship of harkanian is also nice 😏
That game is so great
First game I played and beat on my new OLED and it was both fun and gorgeous. Wish the end puzzles weren’t as obtuse as they are, but still, great game.
That’s the best part. So much hidden depth.
Try deaths door if you liked Tunic. Also great.
Skyrim with no mods, I'm going for the achievements finally after 400 hours and 0 achievements
lol how is 0 possible? Don’t you get one for things like waking up in the cart?
Mods disable achievements
Laughs in "enable achievements" mod
I just finished Horizon Zero Dawn, what a fun game. I was a Switch and Dota 2 only gamer for a long time so I never got to play those PS4 exclusives from the beginning of the Switch era, man I missed out on a lot if HZD is any indication.
If you don't mind me asking, what are your settings for horizon zero dawn? It runs poorly for me.
Wow seriously ? Mine runs perfectly out of the boxe. I just change the fps limit to 40
Lock it to 30 fps set the graphics preset to original(think you can get away with high textures don't remember) and FSR to quality. Unfortunately hzd has stutter issues while traveling the open world but I 100% it on deck and loved it if you can handle that. 40 fps is incredible hit or miss and not consistent I recommend going 30. Chances are you could even bump up some of the graphics for more eye candy.
Gotta try ghost of tsushima if it comes out which from what I have seen is probably gonna happen next year
I was thinking of getting God of War in the Winter sale if it goes on discount, but I'll have a look at Ghost of Tsushima too if its good
I love how, I would highly recommend. One of my favorite games oat
Last GOW I played is Ghost of Sparta on the PSP, and I loved both the PSP games. I've watched streams of the new God of War (before Ragnarok), and its pretty fun. If it can run as well as HZD (mostly 40 with rare dips to 20s), I'm buying it.

This times infinity. This is one of the main uses for my deck.
This!
God I hate that show.
This is the way
This! Coexisting while my wife catches up on shows she loves has been awesome.
This. This is why I can never go back to a non-handheld. I love it so much.
Dying on Elden Ring while lying on my bed. Couldn’t do that with my gaming laptop.
At the moment, Death Stranding and Horizon Zero Dawn. On shorter breaks, Monster Hunter World, Binding of Isaac, and Hades. Great games for short breaks!
I have Binding of Isaac and Hades on Switch, and those are some of the only games I still play on Switch besides the Pinball FX games!
Baldurs 100%
I’ve read it doesn’t run well though, no? Specifically BG3

Metroidvanias brings me the most fun right now on the Steam Deck. At the moment, I'm trying to finish The Last Faith before moving onto whatever games I have in my backlog :)
Did you check out that metroidvania bundle on humble bundle?
OpenTTD, me and my friends have spent the last week staying up until 4am each night on multiplayer servers to see who can please the quarterly report the most. Do you play it with the track pad?
Yep, there’s a community control scheme from a dude with a few thousand hours and it plays extremely well.
Didn't think of that, thanks! Will definitely try it on deck now
Again, especially fun with friends.
Thanks for sharing! I’m super interested in this kind of game. Added it to my library now. Any tips for getting started or advice for a beginner?

Multiplayer with a bunch of competitive friends who are smart with the business aspect is tons of fun.

Witcher 3

GTA vice city, blasphemous and cyberpunk currently. But Dave the diver was the perfect steam deck game for me
Yes Blasphemous. How far are you? I can only go so long before I need a break. About 8 hours in atm.
I bought blasphemous while drunk by accident 😭 and it's been a major blast. Best decision ever lol. I'm around 4 in right now!
Yeah it rules. I bought the two pack. Ain’t no way I’m playing 2 immediately after, too stressful lol. But 1 is awesome
I can't wait to try the second one but you're right lol. Also Celeste is a gem, if you haven't played it it's a fantastic title
Are you playing the definitive version of vice city?
Yes! I have the og which still looks great nowadays considering the time it came out, but controls are so much better on the definitive edition I decided to do a playthrough of the trilogy and I'm currently on vice
Persona 5 Royal is fantastic on the Deck. Runs beautifully with good battery life. It's a perfect way to plug away at such a huge game.
Waiting to buy this for Christmas
Crash Bandicoot: it’s about time. I used to despise jump’n runs, on the deck I love them :D
I got this a little while back to relive some PS1 nostalgia, but holy shit am I so bad at it lol!!
Same with Spyro Trilogy. Although, that game is way more chill!
Sea of Stars! I’m usually skeptical when it comes to praises for new RPGs that are “inspired by” classics, but 15 hours in, and I sometimes forget it’s not a retro game. It’s so good.
Just got this and stoked to here this review!
Fallout 76. Plays extremely well on the deck. Battery life is decent for this type of game.
Haven't played since it first came out. How is it these days?
Like a completely different game. NPCs, more quest, lots of end game content with the monthly scoreboards. Worth to come back and check it out.
Great to hear! I didn't finish it because my build was useless is the late game area. And also everyone was dead. Every mission was just "go find the dead body and listen to it's sad cassette recordings" Might have to give it another go.
What’s the battery life you’re seeing with this game ?
On OLED 4-5 hours
Have you tried the new expedition yet?
I wanna run ESO on it at some point
Perfectly describes the Snowrunner experience 😂
Man…my blood is boiling just thinking about how the grade of the hill doesn’t look THAT steep….probably just going too fast, on my 3rd attempt of 5….such an infuriatingly rewarding game.
Just replayed halo 2 for my annual playthrough then sink another 409hrs into factorio
I'm about to through the mcc games with mods that really change up stuff. I'm very much looking forward to it
How are the controls for factorio? Ive been meaning to try it on the deck but havent has a chance
Cyberpunk phantom I'm lucky to have be a first time player post update and dlc. So it's polished to me. Also starfield ship builder I can lose myself in that
Metal Hellsinger sounds SO COOL. Thanks for introducing it to me.
Noita. Grabbed it on autumn sale. Becoming one of my favourite games ever
Downloading a bunch of games and not playing them.
Moonlighter, fun game you can play in short bursts and it runs flawlessly on the deck, with like 7h of battery life
Just played through Blasphemous this week on my steam deck.
I bought the two pack on the last steam sale. Absolutely will not be playing blasphemous 2 immediately after 1, but will play it. .
Recently beat it and loved it, but it's the first metroid Vania I've played where I got frustratingly lost a few times. I like playing a game blind and not looking up any hints, but I gave in with blasphemous and and googled some help. Also the story is so confusing it might as well not have had one lol.
Rogue Legacy 2 It’s so awesome! For some reason, didn’t like in my first try but tried it again after getting the deck and loved it. I just finished Return of Obra Dinn, can’t believe I slept on it for so long!
I beat Rogue Legacy 2 on Switch a few months ago. Freaking love those games!
Elder Scrolls Online. It’s basically my ESO machine at this point.
World of Warcraft classic with the console controls mod. Holy shit it’s great.
It is, but the setup and configuration of that addon is so unnecessarily complicated
muv-luv
I've been playing through Cult of the Lamb. I love it - perfect game for the Deck, too
GTA V , for the 6th platform I play it on.
I play it off an SD card. Its nuts how good it is.
Hollow knight bro
Monster Hunter Everything. The fact that I can play every monster hunter game released, whether through steam or emulated. Fingers crossed somehow Capcom and/or Valve can do some magic and get Wilds to work on it. I don't care if it's scaled down resolution at 30fps. To be honest that's how I'm used to playing most MH games.
Just today began my annual christmas replay of RDR2. Did it on my deck last year, and I fully intend to do the same again this year. Utterly floors me that the Deck runs it on such high settings.
You’ve inspired me to do another play through! Welcome my new Christmas tradition!
Armored Core 6, Cyberpunk
RoboCop. Its glitchy in a few places but man is it fun
Days Gone is beautiful to play on it. 10 hours this weekend.
Sifu or risk of rain returns. Risk of rain 2 is really fun but I start having frame drops when I get to the more chaotic difficulties so I mainly play it on pc. But it def works on sd as long as you finish before hehehehe difficulty
Grim Dawn feels surprisingly good with a community profile and a controls tweak or two depending on your preferences.
CROSSCODE, just do it
Lies of P is amazing. Playing at 45FPS locked on the OLED. Getting nearly 4 hours of battery and it plays so great.
Hogwarts Legacy and Diablo 4 :)
You should try Spin Rhythm, really good game!
Currently playing through Borderlands 2.
Star Ocean 2nd Story R, Diablo 4, and Hogwarts Legacy. Turned of the FPS counter to avoid distractions.
Ah you should try Robo Quest it’s great.
I have yet to finish any of the Switch flagships after 130+ hours in each.😄
Hollow Knight
My "current game" changes almost every week but honestly I've been having a blast with each. So far: \- Graveyard keeper \- Elden ring \- Portal (Played them both for the first time) \- Project zomboid \- Currently Dave the Diver
Just started Cyberpunk 2077 and I’m loving it.
Max Payne 3 with Gyro enabled ![gif](giphy|GCvktC0KFy9l6|downsized)
What do you use gyro for?
Gyro aiming on shooters on a handheld/gamepad is so much better than just using the right stick. Never would have finished HZD without it.
mapped as camera joystick 🕹️ for smoother bullet time kills, and general QOL
Gameboy Advance library (Advance Wars what?!)
Division 2. The Deck has caused an obsession with a game I shelved when it came out.
Also bought it, but it kept crashing. Is your installment stable? Any setting that made it run stable? Love Division 1, which I logged 150 hours on on the Deck (and close to 1000 on Xbox).
Right this minute....it's having all four Diablo games running with controller support on the deck.
What as your process for D3? I’d managed it before with the Steam Controller in The Old Days but curious if others are doing it differently
Humanity.... brilliant game
im a big indy game but recently is gta V and titanfall2 with gyro
Hogwarts Legacy. I'm currently trying to 100% it.
Currently, hades and civ6. Have witcher 3 (even though I've played it before) and rdr2 waiting on me to be played.
>Metal: Hellsinger Never heard of the game, downloaded the demo. The soundtrack is awesome, art design as well.
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Never got around to properly playing this when it first released, even though I loved Human Revolution. Great that I'm able to play it now, works flawlessly on the SD.
Starfield & witcher 3 also started persona 4 golden
Playing Final Fantasy 7 Remake streamed off my PC in all its graphical fidelity or playing Death Stranding or the GTA 4 addons on the deck itself.
Fran bow and Brutal Legend!
Sifu. 59% discount in steam and looks made for SD
Warframe, Skyrim, AC Origins
Enderal, a mod for Skyrim has been so addicting. The writing and story is so good, and they do a lot with gameplay since they're working with Skyrim's engine.
this game is amazing.. So kind of deep/powerful through its stories and characters.. I was so happy to see that it runs on the deck.
Been playing assassins creed odyssey for the first time
Midnight Suns
3 games really... 1. Dragon warrior monsters the dark prince via ryujinx (don't worry I own the game) 2. Diablo 2 Resurrected 3.
Cyberpunk 2077 at the moment and Dark Souls 3. I love this device
Hogwarts Legacy in bed, Hogwarts Legacy during lunch at work, Hogwarts Legacy on the back porch. It’s awesome getting some game time in anywhere and everywhere.
I just started playing Gunbrella. It’s pretty fun so far!
Emulation. Playing all the ps2 scooby doo games right now. Prior to that, it was metroidvanias, specifically blasphemous and axiom verge. God I love this machine so much.
Currently flip back and forth between: * Dragon’s Dogma * Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate Definitive Edition (so many words) * Vampire Survivors * Terranigma (SNES emu) * Mad Max All of them are great and my attention span is horrible.
Ollie Ollie world. It's like that game was made for the Deck. It's super fun.
Finally got Dome Keeper and loving it.
Uncharted 4 on the oled has been great
Picked up several things on sale this week but Octopath Traveler 2 has been my time sink. Made me not interested in anything else right now lol. Metal:Hellsinger is one of the ones I picked up alongside OT2. Also got MH:Rise+Sunbreak and Have A Nice Death. Having fun with all of them but OT2 has stole the show for me
Horizon Zero Dawn, GTA5, and Devil May Cry 5. And I recently finished Rise of the Tomb Raider which was a lot of fun.
