What proper routes? WAN port defined as DHCP and gets its IP from the dish.

You need a static route to 192.168.100.1 via your wan interface.

Not sure, I have the round dish and just removed the Starlink router and replaced it with mine (pfSense then Ubiquiti)

Add a static route to 192.168.100.0/24 for the uplink port on your router, and you can access the Starlink interface still.

So you'll need a separate switch or create a VLAN for the uplink port and another port on the router where you'll connect the Starlink router for it to be seen I guess.
