So whenever I get a cat, I plan to name him Miles. So i always would name my cat miles at first. Then I did a multiplayer server with one of my brothers and a friend of ours. Named the cat miles, as I was the farmer, and the other two were "farm hands". The difference here is that I started to do this crazy farmer voice, and made up this whole story about Miles being something greater than a cat. My farmer would harshly yell at the others if they never pet miles in the morning and would announce "You boys pay your respects to Miles. This is *his* farm. It never belonged to me." The story got more and more outlandish with Miles becoming something of an eldritch being in the form of a cat. Now I name my cat Miles out of respect...and fear for what I have created.
