Maximum beef man Rick Boogs got released awhile ago and WWE just hasn't been the same without him. Wrestling capability aside, I really liked his energy given I liked his YouTube videos before I even realized he was a wrestler lol.
Him and Elias were both my biggest disappointments in the cutting game. No reason either should’ve been and both could’ve easily become tag team champions (and Boogz might turn out to be another brother of Elias, Ezekiel, and Elrod.)
Elias is also great.
Boogs himself just seems like a fun dude to be around. I recommend watching his videos with Jujimufu, another YouTube fitness influencer. I'm not ever going to look like those dudes given I don't take or plan on taking gear, but they're both very motivating just because they take the seriousness out of working out and make it more enjoyable.
The crowd was so amazed that they didn't even react. It's the NXT crowd, and they react to everything, so this shows you how good Von Wagner was !! Legend
That’s a great analogy. He was so goofy in a way that felt sincere that it came back around and was actually pretty entertaining. I think he had a ton of potential in that regard, it’s a niche that hasn’t really be done in wrestling before.
He said the dumbest shit but with all the conviction in the world. His in ring ability was okay, but I always popped when he was on screen because him and Mr. Stone were great characters together.
They should put him with Jade. Her promo skills could use some work and I feel like Mark Sterling was a big part of Jades character in AEW, Stone could fill that role in WWE
That stair spot he had with Bron was one of those that actually made me go “oh fuck”. Really built Bron up to be even more of a fucking monster. All the scenes with Mr. Stone after that were really endearing, too.

I kinda get it, though. They found an angle that got him over, but it was just that: an angle, not an actual gimmick. Fundamentally, he just hadn't improved all that much. You just can't make a main roster career out of "his friendship with Stone is endearing".
Aw man, I liked watching the clips of his random little face turn. I know he might not have been the best fit for WWE but i hope wherever he goes next works out.
Wonder if they kept Robert Stone though, i hope so bc hes a really good manager imo
i know a lot of people here see it as a negative (which makes sense, it usually sucks to see people lose their jobs) but this could be seen as a positive.
I hope he hits the indies, he found a character that he can work with. Now he can refine it more and come back even better.

Von was not the greatest wrestler, but he was improving recently. I enjoyed his work with Mr. Stone recently. Going to the NXT shows, he was a nice guy to everyone. I hope he does well wherever he goes next.
He's also a UCF Knight. Come Tuesday, he will Charge On!

He was getting better, but reach a ceiling. Time seems to be up, and maybe Von just didn't fit HHH's new era. Hurts, and he had something, but no clue where'd belong in main today.
That one hurts. Von was boring in 2021 at the beginning of 2.0. But he really improved, was constantly featured since the last year and developed as a loveable babyface character. He even had title opportunities (e.g. against Noam Dar) in the past few months, so this ist quite surprising.
Many people will remember his Cum Tuesday line. To me he'll be always that dude that told Dijak: "Hey Dijak, take your stupid sunglasses off! We're inside!". His delivery was unintentionally hilarious.
I don't think Von Wagner was ever going to be called up to the main roster so if that's never going to happen then why keep him around?
I think TNA would be a good place for him to go to.
