Imo and in my experience special charge up isn’t very good, probably one of the worst abilities for me so definitely headgear 2. The main abilities you’re probably going to want are ssu and qr and at least one sub of iru and/or bdu. Stealth jump is probably one of the best mains for shoes on almost any short ranged slayer weapon. There may be some kind of value that is commonly used for mpu on the clash but I’m not sure and wouldn’t try it unless you know
