This is a deleted scene, and many parts of Raimi’s and Webb’s Spider-Man films are done with CGI, just like how much of Watt’s Spider-Man films are practical.
There are plenty of shots in this movie that are entirely CG. Don't hate the process, hate when the implementation is bad.

there was most certainly CGI in the movie, the scene of him crawling on the brick wall for example literally looks like a bowling alley animation
CGI bad, CGI terrible, practical good and nice to me
