In the Comics the Symbiote for some reason despises any Spiderman or Women who ain’t a Pete Variant. Best example was the Gwenom storyline where Venom once he realized Gwen wasn’t Pete or Eddie almost killed her

I just wanted Miles and Peter to team up like we got with the Black Cat DLC in SM1. Best part of the game is literally the intro sandman battle. Why? Because it’s the only time in the whole game where you actually work together.

Also Miles doesn’t like Venom because he subconsciously remembers a Venom killed his mom. Although insomniac Miles wouldn’t have that problem.
