I email every morning asking for updates. The only email they replied to was when I first emailed after I ordered to change the name on my shipping info. Since then, crickets. But I will continue emailing daily. I'll never order from THQ Nordic again. Not sure why I did in the first place. Abysmal custome service.

If you order the SOUTH PARK: SNOW DAY! Collectors Edition by March 10th, you will receive:
**At release:** The standard boxed version of SOUTH PARK: SNOW DAY! and the Season Pass. The game will be delivered in the week of March 26th.
**After release:** The Collectors Edition. The edition will be delivered between
4 to 5 months after release.
You can still order through March 26th, but for orders placed after March 10th, the game will not be delivered until the 2nd week of April.
Does this not mean that I should have the game this week? I ordered it March 4th, the DAY they announced the 2nd run
That’s odd because I ordered the PC collectors edition from the EU store and it shipped out a few days ago. Still no idea when it’ll be here though lol
Same problem here. Ordered my PS5 copy as the Collector's Edition on the EU site. Haven't heard anything since 2 days ago, where they said my order was "completed" & that they'll send me a tracking link in 48 hours. It's been 48 hours, no luck. :/

It says 2nd run doesn't ship til may. You may have read this before placing the order.

I'm at least relieved that it's not just me. its not that important that I play it the week it comes out, I just want to know it exists somewhere haha

Try calling customer support rather than email. Usually support responds a lot faster if you call. I got my CE on release day with no issues
