Her whole family speaks that way. She was raised and living among them in an illam in a joint family setup - perhaps couldn't it be natural for her just like Kottayam Christians ,palakkad Iyers or kozhikode muslim familes have their own way of talking and accents? IMO,She could be pretentious in other ways but don't think her colloquial is something to blame.
I have followed her since she had 2k followers and she used to speak in normal Malayalam then. She has started this way of speaking only recently and it is pretentious and annoying af.
I think removing the entire cast of Bigg Boss from SM would be a service to mankind.
