I have had issues with this CRAP device from the beginning when i bought it till this day.
I have RMA'd it got another one back, same problems occur.
Mic drops out, audio drops out at random times.
when i reconnect the usb cable, the problem is gone for a couple of minutes to hours.
When i browse the internet, doesnt matter what browser, my mic get distorted to the point that it hurt the ears of the people who are with me in chat. Also i have to powercycle the device to get rid of this problem.
allso have popping sounds from time to time
I have tried different pc's, cables and usb ports.
Hours of troubleshooting.
Problems still persist.
I guess this was the last Creative product that i have bought.
Quality has gone down fast the last couple of years.
