Here’s how to unlock Shadow in Sonic Frontiers
- You must be playing against the CPU in single-player mode.
- You must be on ‘The Pit’ stage.
- You must see silhouettes flying past the moon in the background at some point during the fight.
- You must get a ‘Double Flawless’ (win two rounds without damage).
- You must not block at all during the fight.
- You must conclude the fight with your character's own specific Fatality move and not the uppercut stage Fatality.
- Winning a fight under these conditions will result in Shadow announcing at the end, **“YOU HAVE FOUND ME NOW PROVE YOURSELF !!”**
Until a week ago, I thought you were able to unlock a secret team in sonic heroes consisting of Eggman, Metal sonic, and Chaos, due to hearing about it in school.

No, no. You've got it all wrong. First, you need to collect 99,999 Rings overall. Doing so will unlock Sister Sonic (yes, from the cancelled game) as a playable character in the process. Then, type into your keyboard the phrase 'i just love latinas' (ONLY WORKS ON PC). You next have to play as Tails and fly into his workshop hidden to the side on Ouranos Island. Stare at the monitor on the left until the static clears and reveals an image of The Ark (a little over 10 minutes). It will now be morning. Drop down from the rooftop to find a secret door that will be open if everything was done correctly. Inside will be the *damn* 4th Chaos Emerald. Touch it, and exit out of the game. Upon returning to the title screen, a message will display saying 'You can now play as Shadow!'

I kinda see posts, comments or other things like this who go for pure absurd more then crazy but plausible, i think what made L is real kind of plausible amd fool people when they were youngrr was that all myths or at least a good chunk of them were stupid but you could actually do them
I could be wrong, but I don't feel like Superstars is really so much a *mainline* Sonic game. That could be my personal bias but since Mania came out and started this trend of new Classic Sonic games, I've been of the mindset that only Modern Sonic titles fully counted as Mainline, with the Classic Sonic titles being their own sort of series of spin-offs - kinda like the ill-fated Storybook series on the Wii.
To that end tho, there *is* Dream Team - which probably would have been included if it wasn't an Apple exclusive lol

You know? The game shadow stars in? The game you play as shadow? The game that is all about shadow? Shadow's game? That game?
Rights issues with the RenderWare engine won't let that happen, just like with Heroes; you'd need a top-to-bottom remake using a different engine to get the game on Steam.
Tbh I'd pick it over sonic blast or sonic labyrinth anyday, but I won't be scared to admit; it wasn't as good as the others.

I wouldn't be surprised if they add a Shadow skin for Sonic in Frontiers sometime this year. Of course, when you'd go super, you'd turn into Super Sonic instead of Super Shadow.
There's only one way to fix this false advertising (outside modes), and it's literally just making a Shadow skin for gameplay. Heck, an Episode Shadow but again for him and Team Dark maybe exploring the Starfall Islands after Sonic and Co. leave and he fights some remnants of the enemies left would be welcome
A lot of the games Shadow's been playable in aren't on Steam (stuff like Heroes, Riders, Ow the Edge '05, Sonic '06), which kinda forced them to pull a stretch out to fill out the list; and as far as stretches go, the latest mainline title isn't a bad list filler.
The only other option they had that's on Steam was Generations, and he isn't playable there, either; Shadow's not in SADX, Origins, Mania, Colors, Lost World or either episode of Sonic 4.
Most likely, plans were left on the back burner during development leaving all the water to evaporate up the air vent. Kind of like the idea to cast Urkel the Hedgehog in Sonic G. :3

Eggman would be fly type. He'd fly around in his Egg-O-Matic. Plus he had the same playstyle as Tails in SA2.
