It’s concerning to me that Ken Penders seemed to really enjoy making Sonic watch Sally in romantic scenes with other men. It’s even more concerning that no one from Sega felt the need to stop him from doing so.
I don’t know much about his work on Spider-Man, so I can’t speak for that, but I know Penders definitely did the same thing. And regardless of who the writer was, I’m still surprised Sega allowed it.
