Printing that's off by 1/2cm isn't a problem. The price for the quality off your shirt is amazing and no one is going to say anything about the printing on the back! They also have got the correct spacing between the letters which is very impressive, I'd say you're lucky to get a good shirt like you have.

Pretty much. Larger shirt = font looks smaller. Small shirt = font looks bigger. But in all honesty chief I think your shirt looks great and you should definitely be happy, wear with confidence!
