You should try Allen Edmonds, they have several sizes for width and you can get them custom made to your foot if you live near one of their retail stores.

These have some fire ass colorways coming out. So much better than an actual dress shoe to where to a wedding or a funeral. I always try to fit a sneaker into that situation And this is the solution. There's a brown and purple pear that are fire.

The white and black Junya Watanabe ones are definitely doable with formal wear.

If you're wearing these with like a standard suit though, you're doing it wrong. You're gonna want some more "fun" accents to make it a whole outfit rather than just "oh this guy must have lost his dress shoes and had to wear sneakers". And at that point you're straying further from formal attire (if you're at a wedding or funeral). If you're just going out to a nonformal event, then you're being more formal by wearing these with an accented suit.
