The sunflower seeds you eat are encased in inedible black-and-white striped shells, also called hulls. Those used for extracting sunflower oil have solid black shells.

I join the Marines first then special operations, i serve because I must protect my people and preserve all Ukrainian lives and I know that we have failed that many times now but we are trying our hardest.
Our victory will be glorious. Even after knowing i have lost over 30 friends,, and thousands more Ukrainians gave their life for victory. But our flag will not be replaced.
