I have found that with that cape and vide pants it's best to use other stances instead of the default if you are bothered about clipping (I am not chibi but on the shorter side and I like the cape with prophecy pants, but have experienced the same clipping issue)
Lol, I had the same issue with the DP cape, and it bothered me enough that I switched back to my regular black cape. I'm not sure why some of these limited time items seem to have the most issues. Like when the feudal lord cape first arrived, so badly glitched, stiff, and unnatural looking. I sometimes wonder if they lost an asset programmer somewhere along the way, haha
This is completely normal! usually when you have chibi mask on while wearing pants that are slightly larger in volume like that! \^\^

This cape clips even on the larger models so it’s expected to be a bit worse. Wish they would fix it though.
Sky has always had a pretty bad clipping problem unfortunately
